Muscle strength is the basis of human body movement,is one of the important factors to support table tennis players to complete the correct technical action and improve the speed of table tennis players.Compared with the traditional strength training,vibration strength training can play a more active role in improving the muscle strength of human body.It is of theoretical and practical value to explore the influence of vibration strength training on the hitting speed of table tennis.Through the test before and after the intervention of vibration strength training,this paper discusses the influence of vibration strength training on the muscle strength of high-level table tennis players,and then understands the effect of vibration stimulation on the hitting speed of table tennis players.Twelve male table tennis players of national level II were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Each group had six players.The experimental group completed eight weeks of vibration strength training,the control group completed the same time,the same intensity of non vibration strength training.Before and after the experiment,cp2mv8 sphere trajectory three-dimensional reconstruction and technical and tactical analysis software were used respectively The hitting speed data of the subjects before,after and after the experiment were obtained,then the data collected were compared and analyzed by SPSS,and the test results before and after the group were statistically processed by paired t test and independent sample t test.The results showed that there was a very significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01)before and after the test group,and the increase rate of hitting speed in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01).The experiment shows that after 8 weeks of vibration experiment,the ball speed of the experimental group and the control group shows a significant change(P < 0.01),which shows that both vibration strength training and non vibration strength training play a positive role in the muscle strength of table tennis players;analysis of the base ratio of forehand receiving topspin ball speed shows that the base ratio of the experimental group is 33.73%,and that of the control group is 20.96% The base ratio of the experimental group was 12.77% higher than that of the control group,and then the base ratio of forehand receiving and downhand ball speed was analyzed.The base ratio of the experimental group was 34.50%,that of the control group was 23.30%,and that of the experimental group was 11.2% higher than that of the control group.From the data comparison between the two groups,it can be seen that the data in the experimental group are more than 10% higher than that in the control group,which shows that the effect of vibration strength training on the growth rate of table tennis players' hitting speed is greater than that of non vibration strength training.Vibration strength training can shorten the time of strength development,vibration training method can effectively improve the muscle strength of table tennis players,can improve the speed of players' hitting,vibration training has a positive impact on the speed of players' hitting.
