Research On The Development And Reform Path Of Women's Football In Ordinary Colleges And Universities In Chengdu

Under the guidance of the top-level design of football projects such as "campus football" and "China football reform and development program",with the strong support of relevant government departments at all levels and the strict implementation of the first-line teaching and training posts,campus football has made some achievements,but gradually exposed many problems in the development process.Based on the lack of motivation and multiple factors of social situation in the development of campus football,the reform and management of university football has also become an inevitable choice for the development of university physical education curriculum,among which the development dilemma of University Women's football,which has more prominent problems,needs to be improved.This study uses literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to analyze the current situation of Chengdu University Women's football from the perspective of sociological capital theory,and puts forward six reform paths for the sustainable development of University Women's football.To give full play to the subjective initiative of all levels of departments,starting from the toplevel design,the improvement of the general environment and the shaping of the sports atmosphere,based on the change of college girls' cognition of football,the cultivation of their interest in participating in football as the guide,supplemented by the multimedia teaching method of college teachers advancing with the times and teaching according to their aptitude,to break through the bottleneck of the development of college girls' football.On the basis of outstanding achievements in campus football,we should attach importance to the cultivation of social capital,the development of social capital in the process of reform,the protection of social capital in the process of deepening reform,and the sustainable development of college women's football.The following conclusions are drawn: at present,there are contradictions between the management system of women's football in Chengdu universities and the practical difficulties,and the funds are insufficient;the frequency of teaching design updating is low in the teaching process,which can not meet the growing needs of students;the extracurricular activities of women's football are not enough,there are few competitions to participate in,and the backup support is not enough;and the learning,training and continuation of teachers' team There are few opportunities for learning,so teachers' groups can not keep the development state of sustainable growth and update the knowledge system in time.Based on the analysis of the social capital theory,the following suggestions are given: 1.Pay attention to the construction of the University Women's football development system with universal participation;2.Pay attention to the construction of the benign relationship between the main body of University Women's football participation;3.Make full use of diversified resources to realize the low focus development of University Women's football;4.Pay attention to the construction of the sustainable development system of university teachers.5.Improve the competition organization and management system of "de elitism" of college women's football.
