In order to improve the quality of education in rural and vulnerable areas,in 2006 the state proposed a "special post plan" to set up special post teachers for schools in rural compulsory education stage.In the continuous implementation of the "special post plan ",special post teachers have become a particularly important part of the rural teachers.As the primary supplementary way of rural teachers,special post teachers will have a significant impact on the quality of compulsory education in rural areas,and paying attention to the professional development level of special post teachers has become the key to improve the quality of rural education.The special post teacher of information technology in junior middle school plays a vital role in the information technology education of rural junior middle school,which affects the improvement of the teaching quality of information technology education in rural junior middle school.Therefore,it is the key to improve the teaching quality of information technology education in rural junior middle school to study the present situation of professional development of special post teachers in junior middle school.This article takes the junior high school information technology special post teacher as the investigation object,through the questionnaire survey,carries on the in-depth interview with the teacher and observes the teacher classroom teaching,understands the junior high school information technology special post teacher specialized development present situation level,probes into the teacher in the specialized development process existence question and the reason,aims at this Some problems put forward the countermeasure of professional development of information technology special post teachers in middle school of Guizhou province.This paper is divided into the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,which expounds the researchbackground from two aspects of policy and reality,and introduces the research purpose,significance and content,defines the relevant concepts,summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad,and explains the theoretical basis of this study.The second part is the research design,which introduces the research,the research tool formulation,the research basis and the research implementation process.The third part is the analysis of the present situation of teachers' professional development in Guizhou junior middle school information technology special post,which includes the analysis of teachers' basic situation,professional idea and teacher ethics,professional knowledge analysis,professional ability analysis,factor analysis affecting teachers' professional development,teacher difference analysis and descriptive analysis of classroom observation content.The fourth part is to supplement the interview content on the basis of the analysis of the present situation,and analyze the problems and causes existing in the professional development of the special post teachers in the information technology of junior middle school in Guizhou Province at present.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasure of professional development of information technology special post teachers in middle school of Guizhou province,and puts forward the relevant countermeasure from three levels: government and education department,school and teacher respectively.The sixth part summarizes the research.
