will be shortlisted for the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games,which provides an opportunity for the development of Chinese three player basketball.This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of offensive and defensive techniques and tactics of the top four teams in the 2019 three man basketball world tour,which has important inspiration and reference significance for promoting the development of China's three man basketball.This paper takes the characteristics of offensive and defensive techniques and tactics of the top four teams in the 2019 three man world tour as the research object,and studies the characteristics of offensive and defensive techniques and tactics of the top four teams in the world tour through the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,video observation and mathematical statistics1.In terms of offensive mobile technology of the top four teams,the offensive mobile frequency of the players without the ball is more than that of the players with the ball.In the offensive mobile of the players without the ball,the proportion of the players without the ball moving to the ball,to the empty area,to the
