As the advent of the "Internet+" era,the mode of "Internet+" have been used in many fields.Education industry naturally follows the pace of The Times and joins the trend of the Internet.Flipped classroom is a teaching mode in the era of Internet.It is a combination of Internet and education.The development of flipped classroom is changing the traditional learning processes and learning methods.This teaching mode can break through the limitation of time and space in traditional classroom.It can effectively stimulate students' learning initiative,promote students' autonomous learning and cooperative learning.Additionally,it is conducive to the improvement of teaching efficiency and teaching effect.Recently,with the continuous development of the communication.Mobile equipment has become increasingly popular,coupled with the appearance of WeChat Mini Program.The achievement of flipped classroom has more possibilities than before.This paper designed and implemented a Micro-lecture interactive platform based on flipped classroom teaching model which is used for the Tibetan language education in primary school.It aims to effectively combine Tibetan language courses and information technology,provide teachers with a new teaching method,improve the teaching efficiency of Tibetan language.Firstly,this paper analyzed the researches of flipped classroom,Micro-lecture,WeChat Mini Program,and explored related concepts and theories,which laid the foundation of the design and development of the interactive platform.Secondly,this paper investigated the present situation of education and the demand of the teachers and students.Then,under the guidance of flipped classroom teaching model,combined with the demand of teachers and students,this paper designed the functions of the interaction platform from two perspectives of teachers and students.After this,each functions of the interactive platform was coded and tested.The results of tests showed that the data connection between teachers and students can work well,and the system can run correctly.Finally,this paper selects the curriculum content of Tibetan language in grade two of primary school,explores the flipped classroom teaching design process based on Micro-lecture interactive platform,and provides a flipped classroom teaching design example for Tibetan language teaching.
