The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council had issued China's education modernization 2035 that pointed out the direction of our education toward modernization.The education modernization is not only reflected in the concept,but also in the management,which is a modernization of education management for all people.In primary school class management,students should be the main body of class management.All activities should be organized and carried out for the purpose of students' development,so as to create a class atmosphere of independent management and comprehensive development.Through a semester of action research on class integral system management,this study concludes that the introduction of integral management system into primary school class management can not only promote students'self-management,but also have a lot of positive effects on students' all-round development.The introduction part expounds the reasons,theory and practical significance of implementing the management of class integration system,clarifies the preliminary research of class integration management on the basis of combing relevant documents,and defines the research topic of this paper,class integration management,and then defines the core concepts of the paper.The first part of the primary school class management status of the investigation,understand the X primary school class management status,analysis of the current primary school class management problems.The second part,explain and clarify the basic principles,implementation paths and implementation methods of the class integral system management.This study puts forward six basic principles.At the same time,this part also introduces the main procedures and specific measures of the implementation of class integral system management in X primary school.The third part is the practical effect and reflection of the class integral system management in X primary school.The main conclusion of this study is that the management of the grade integral system in primary school is conducive to the cultivation of students' sense of ownership,the training of students'self-management ability,the cultivation of good behavior habits,the cultivation of collective honor,the development of students' personality and the cultivation of students'competitive consciousness.The management of class integral system is introspective and some suggestions are made.
