Teacher is a major with strong practicality.In recent years,in the practical development and training system of teacher education,the practical courses for normal university students,which mainly focus on post practice,have been paid much attention.The post practice is the core link to improve the professional quality of normal university students,it is related to the training of pre-service teachers' practical ability and the competency level of future teachers.In the whole process of practice,the guidance ability of the instructor is one of the important factors that affect the level of practice.Practice teachers are mainly divided into leading teachers in universities and teachers in practice schools in primary and middle schools,but the practice instructor in primary and secondary schools plays a key role in the practice guidance process.This paper takes the post practice of Hebei Normal University as an example,Study on the Promotion Strategy of Practice Instructor Guidance Ability in Primary and Secondary Schools.The paper is divided into the following parts:The introduction part of this paper discusses the problems raised in this paper;Research significance;Literature review;Concept definition;Research design and research innovation.The first chapter elaborates the theoretical basis of this study and the elements of the guiding power of the practice teachers in primary and middle schools,The guiding power of practice teachers in primary and middle schools is divided into six elements:teaching demonstration ability,guiding reflection ability,combining theory with practice ability,creative ability,information exchange ability and interpersonal communication ability,Then it is integrated into three dimensions of basic guiding ability,depth guiding ability and intermediary guiding ability.In the second chapter,the author conducts a practical investigation on the current situation of the guidance of the practice instructors in the cooperative schools of Hebei Normal University.This paper expounds the overall guidance status of the research samples from five dimensions of guidance power,guidance knowledge,guidance concept,guidance method and guidance effect,and finds that the guidance power of the practice teachers in primary and secondary schools has three problems:unclear guidance demonstration,insufficient guidance reflection,and insufficient connection between theory and practice.The third chapter analyzes the external and internal reasons for the lack of guidance of the practice teachers in primary and secondary schools.In the fourth chapter,according to the actual situation of our country,based on comprehensive research and thinking,six measures are proposed for the improvement of the guidance of practice teachers in primary and secondary schools in China from the three dimensions of guarantee strategy,development strategy and incentive strategy: strengthen the coordination and support of the government;Strengthen development-oriented behavior motivation and improve teachers' development autonomy;Develop practice-oriented training programs to improve the effectiveness of training;To build a cooperation-oriented development relationship to help rural teachers develop;Forming a standard-oriented selection process and carrying out the selection procedure;Create incentive-oriented evaluation system and optimize evaluation guidance.
