The "Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)" emphasizes that Chinese teaching must "reflect the leading role of the socialist core value system",and the study of Chinese textbooks at the basic education stage is of great significance to the implementation of core value education.This study uses content analysis and quantitative statistical methods to analyze the core values embodied in the selection system and the reading aid system in the eighteen Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Compulsory Education.The essay selection system mainly refers to the main text selection of the unit,and the reading aid system mainly refers to the category and theme,frequency and proportion,characteristics and deficiencies of the core values embodied in the unit in addition to the unit introduction,illustrations and essay illustrations.The research found that,first,the edition of Chinese textbooks embodies the content of core values and different themes to a large extent,and provides suitable and rich texts for teachers to implement values education in the implementation of Chinese courses;second,the edition of Chinese Most of the textbooks present the core values of socialism at the national level,but the core values at the social level are not fully embodied;third,the core values in the edition of Chinese textbooks conform to the characteristics of students' psychological development,and the lower grades are selected in the story.Reflect the core values,the upper grades explain the core values in logical reasoning;the illustrations are mainly depictions that meet the cognitive scope of the students at all stages of compulsory education,the lower grades use cartoons to attract students' interest,and the upper grades begin to produce real objects to improve students' Perceptual awareness.Based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: First,it is urgent to further clarify the standards and requirements for the expression of core values in Chinese textbooks,so as to determine which core values must be presented in Chinese textbooks and how to present them;Second,fully explore what Chinese textbooks contain The value of values education,through the efforts of textbook editors,faculty and researchers,and teachers,implement the requirements for values education in the curriculum standards in textbook design,lesson preparation,and teaching and research;third,pay attention to the proportion of core values at all levels.Appropriately increase the core value content that is not obvious or is too small.
