Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the construction of civic morality,which made a series of important arrangements.Then the moral quality of citizens has been greatly developed and improved quickly.However,due to the influence of many factors,there are problems in the moral field that need to be solved urgently.It is necessary to scientifically analyze and accurately grasp the requirements of the new era,accelerate the construction of civic morality,especially relying on the teaching of morality and rule of law,and strengthen the civic morality education of junior middle school students.The schools are the main position to strengthen civic moral education.Junior high school students are in "jointing-stage",which is an important stage for junior high students to grow up,it is crucial to them to develop good civic moral quality.Therefore,it is a momentous task entrusted to us strengthen the civic moral education of junior middle school students as the needs of times.We should help them set up the correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.We can truly complete the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue.We must make them become the new people of our new times who can shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.At present,there is no special course of civic moral education in junior high school.Morality and Rule of Law is the main course of civic moral education.But the teachers lack professional knowledge and professional ability.Because of the influence of the education environment,students' knowing and doing are disjointed and their self-discipline is low.Besides,there are many problems,such as less development of recessive curriculum resources,lack of life of teaching content,lag of teaching materials and unreasonable evaluation mechanism.To sum up,we can draw a conclusion that the effect civic moral education is not good.On the solutions of these problems,this study tries to put forward four aspects of the concrete path: first,strengthen the construction of teachers,focus on strengthening teachers' own professional ability and quality,improve the practical effect of students' civic moral education;Second,strengthen the students' civic moral practice education,stimulate the students' enthusiasm and initiative of civic moral education;Third,strengthen the development of the hidden resources of civic moral education curriculum,increase the teaching content of life,and activate the teaching material resources;Fourth,strengthen the establishment of civic moral education curriculum and evaluation system construction,reasonable arrangement of class hours.Creating a good atmosphere of family education,promote home-school cooperation,and build a three-dimensional educational mechanism of civic moral education for junior high school students.
