Tennis has a history of more than 900 years since the 12 th century.As the companion of tennis,tennis competition rules have played a vital role in the process of its prosperity and development.With the continuous progress and development of tennis,tennis competition rules are constantly changing,and have been tested and modified in major events in order to adapt to the development of tennis in the corresponding period.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the formation and evolution of tennis competition rules,sort out the specific reforms and changes in the history and development of tennis competition rules,and summarize the basic characteristics and changes of the formation and development of tennis rules.This paper analyzes the importance and influence of the change of rules on tennis,so as to improve and enrich the theoretical research of tennis competition rules and improve the publicity and promotion of tennis.So that the sport of tennis can continue to develop steadily in the field.This study takes the influence of the evolution of tennis competition rules on tennis as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the evolution of tennis competition rules.Analyze the impact of the evolution of tennis competition rules on tennis,and finally draw the following conclusions:1.The evolution stage of tennis competition rules can be divided into five stages:Birth stage,Mature stage,Professional and semi-professional stage,Reform stage.2.The main content of the evolution of tennis competition rules mainly revolves around the following five aspects: tennis court equipment(court,tennis,tennis racket);tennis competition score system,competition system;tennis match time;the introduction of "Hawk Eye" system;other rules.3.From the process and content of the evolution of the rules,the tennis competition rules show the characteristics of eternity,stage,historical inheritance and innovation.4.The influence of the evolution of tennis competition rules on tennis.(1)With the reform of tennis court equipment,especially the development of new tennis rackets,tennis has promoted the progress of tennis techniques and tactics,and tennis has developed in the direction of strength and speed.(2)The reform of tennis scoring system and competition system has greatly shortened the competition time,accelerated the competition process,and effectively saved the physical fitness and energy of the contestants in the new era of intensive competition.(3)The service timer is put into use,which standardizes the athletes' participation behavior and reduces the tactical delay of the players in order to restore their physical fitness.(4)Through the strict control of the match time,it can reduce the garbage time,ensure the smooth progress of the game,and improve the appreciation of tennis events.(5)The use of the "Hawk Eye" system provides a scientific and reasonable basis for the referee and improves the accuracy of the judgment,even if the "Hawk Eye" system can not guarantee the accuracy of 100%.However,in the case of fast ball speed,referees do not see clearly,and there is a great dispute among players,it has made a great contribution to promoting the fairness and rationality of tennis competition.(6)The rules of tennis competition gradually allow advertisements to appear on clothing and court,and advertising is also carried out during the rest time of the game during television broadcasting,so as to promote the commercial development of tennis.
