Research On Group Work Of The Senior Intellectuals Of Old Age Adapting To New Media Life

With the advancement of digital China strategy,the new media with technology-driven as the core is showing a trend of rapid iteration.The new media life formed based on this has diversified and rich characteristics,which has increasingly profound influence on people and is constantly internalized into people's thinking and behavior.As a sub-group of new media audience,the senior intellectuals of old age are at a disadvantage in the new media life due to the negative image of the elderly in the media,lack of cultural feedback in the family and weakening of individual learning ability.This will not only affect the adaptation of senior intellectuals in the new media life,but also cause the difference in the reception and output of information in the new media life of the group,further affecting the acquisition and use of network convenience services.This paper takes the senior intellectuals of old age of the D street home care service center as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,interview and observation to understand the adaptation problems and related needs of this group in the new media life.Under the guidance of group dynamics theory and social learning theory,this paper uses group work methods to carry out practical research on the adaptation of senior citizens to the new media life.The emphasis is on helping the senior intellectuals to establish a positive self-awareness,thus stimulating their potential on the basis of their existing ability to use new media,learning new media usage skills,and continuously deepening their exploration of self and new media life.At the same time,a peer interaction support platform,which integrates online and offline,is set up to facilitate senior intellectuals to continuously communicate and learn in a rich group resource pool and to enhance their adaptability in new media life.After practical exploration,it is found that the rational view and objective analysis of the existing advantages of the senior intellectuals of old age on their adaptation to new media life are the important premise for them to adapt to new media life,which can provide direction guidance for individual personalized new media learning,and can also play a positive role in promoting the subsequent improvement of new media use ability and mutual help and sharing among peers.Finally,according to the professional reflection in the process of group activities,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: improving the professional level of social workers,mobilizing and giving full play to the enthusiasm of service objects,building peer resource sharing and mutual aid platform,and exploring personalized continuous learning paths.
