As the field of social members' life and the basic unit of society,community is not only the foundation of maintaining social stability,but also the cornerstone of orderly national governance."Village to residence" community is the product of promoting the development of China's urbanization according to the policy of "removing village to residence".The "village to residence" action not only improves the level of China's urbanization,but also has an impact on the economic production and lifestyle of local residents.From the perspective of individual residents,the change of living environment will bring the pressure of adaptation and integration to residents' economic and social life to a certain extent;From the social level,the depth of residents' community integration is the core of social orderly governance.In this sense,to promote the community integration of "village to residence" residents is not only the objective need to protect and improve people's livelihood in the new era,but also a positive response to the call of "people-oriented" community governance policy.With the in-depth study of community integration in academic circles,the issue of residents' community integration has also changed from basic to developmental direction.Promoting residents' social integration is an important task for social work to carry out theoretical research and practical exploration in the field of community governance.Based on this,the author takes the typical "village to residence" community in Xi'an as the research background,takes the "village to residence" community residents as the research object,takes the development oriented social work as the theoretical basis,and takes the field research as the practical basis.Based on the description of the current situation and problems of the community integration of the "village to residence" residents,this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the community integration of the "village to residence" residents,and then puts forward the feasible strategies for the development oriented social work to promote the community integration of the "Village to residence" residents.From the structural level,this paper is divided into seven parts: the first part describes the research background and significance of the article,and defines the research object and research problems.At the same time,on the basis of clearly defining the core concepts,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of this study,and puts forward the unique advantages and compatibility of social work in promoting the community integration of "village to residence" residents under the guidance of the development oriented social work theory;The second part reviews the development and evolution of the research on "village to residence" community and "social work participation in community integration" at home and abroad;The third part mainly discusses the research framework,research methods and innovation of this paper;The fourth part summarizes the current situation of community integration of "village to residence" residents on the basis of field research;In the fifth part,according to the reality of insufficient community integration of "village to residence" residents,the influencing factors of insufficient community integration of "village to residence" residents are further analyzed;The sixth part focuses on the rationality and feasibility of the intervention of development oriented social work in the community integration of "village to residence" residents,and takes it as the theoretical support of this paper;Based on the above analysis and theoretical guidance,the seventh part puts forward feasible strategies for social work to promote the community integration of "village to residence" residents.
