Based on the comparison between the traditional school and the emerging school football team of Chongqing's middle school women's football project,this paper finds the factors restricting the development and proposes solutions to promote the better development of school football,with a view to improving Chongqing middle school women's football.The healthy development trend provides valuable reference for development,which is of great significance to the promotion of the popularization and development of women's football.This article takes the comparison of the status quo of the football teams of Chongqing's middle school women's football traditional schools and the emerging schools as the research object.It uses literature data method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis method and combing statistics method to evaluate the importance and venue of the two types of school leaders in the football team.Compare facilities configuration,funding,team building,team training,and competition results.The following conclusions are drawn by investigating coaches,athletes and interviewing school leaders from 4 traditional schools and 6 emerging schools.(1)The leaders of Chongqing's middle school girls' football new school pay less attention to the women's football team than traditional schools.(2)The training venues for women's football in traditional schools are all artificial turf,and traditional schools are better than emerging schools in terms of strength room equipment.(3)Both types of schools have insufficient funding.The coach training subsidies of emerging schools are worse than traditional schools,and traditional schools do not have training subsidies and competition bonuses.(4)In terms of football team building,the traditional school coaches have a higher level of completeness and a higher overall educational level;the age of the two types of school coaches is mainly concentrated in the middle age,followed by the youth;the traditional school coaches are engaged in coaching Long time and long lead time are better than Xinxing School;but Xinxing School's female football coaches have a slightly higher level of qualifications,but the qualifications are still relatively low.In terms of athletes,the traditional schools have men's and women's football teams;the emerging schools only have women's football,and the emerging schools have a strong distinctiveness in the development and construction of women's football.Traditional schools have a relatively complete gradient construction;the selection criteria are mainly focused on loving football,qualified physical/psychological qualities,and possessing certain football skills.In terms of selection criteria,there is no major difference between traditional schools and emerging schools.(5)In terms of training,the weekly training arrangements in traditional schools are relatively close and continuous,showing a perennial training pattern.The weekly training arrangements of Xinxing Schools show the characteristics of non-uniform training;there is no big difference between the training schedules of women's football teams in traditional schools and Xinxing schools;most traditional schools and emerging schools have formulated phased training plans;in strength training In terms of arrangements,Xinxing schools do better than traditional schools;coaches from traditional schools and emerging schools pay more attention to the cultural lessons of middle school female football players;coaches from traditional schools and emerging schools have different views on the allocation of training time.It is believed that there is a contradiction between cultural lessons and daily football training.(6)In terms of competition results,traditional school women's football scores are outstanding;emerging schools women's football scores are slightly inferior to traditional schools,and there is still much room for improvement.Through interviews with relevant school leaders,we analyzed the development and constraints of the football teams of the two types of schools,and proposed that Chongqing Women's Football Characteristic Schools should strengthen school support and focus on improving the school's women's football venues and facilities for the development of women's football.Lay a foundation for persistence and development,pay attention to the construction of women's football teachers,create an excellent team of teachers,create a good sports and learning environment for students,and ensure the rapid development of women's football.In addition,Chongqing Women's Football Characteristic Schools should actively guide students to form positive learning motivations and promote the rapid development of women's football according to the actual situation of students' participation in women's football.It should also clarify the influencing factors of its development and actively play the positive role of each influencing factor.And improve the influencing factors according to the current situation to promote the development of Chongqing Women's Football Characteristic School.
