Biology experiment in high school plays a very important role in biology teaching.Students can gain direct experience and perceptual knowledge in the process of experimental operation,thus helping students to understand and master biology knowledge.Due to the high school class tense,pressure,the experimental participation rate of many students is not high,and it is difficult to achieve ideal results in the study of experimental knowledge.Virtual laboratory,with its high efficiency,openness,autonomy,ideal and other characteristics,can be used as auxiliary software to help teachers and students better carry out experimental teaching.This article aims to find a high-efficiency experimental teaching mode to assist traditional biology experimental teaching with the help of virtual laboratory,and analyze the influence of this mode on students' experimental theoretical knowledge,experimental operation level and biological learning interest.The main research contents are as follows:First,explore the problems existing in high school biology experiment teaching and whether there are teaching conditions for developing virtual laboratories.A survey of the current situation of biology experiment teaching in a high school in Jinan City,Shandong Province,mainly including the students' attitudes towards learning biology,the teaching methods of teachers,and the understanding of teachers and students about the virtual laboratory.The results show that:(1)the students' interest in learning biology is not high,the number of students with good learning status is small,and it is urgent to help students adjust their learning status;(2)the students have strong curiosity about experiments,but the number of experiments that they participated in personally It is necessary to provide students with more experimental operation opportunities;(3)The development of virtual laboratories is realistic,and teachers and students generally accept the introduction of virtual laboratories into experimental teaching.Second,exploring the mode of virtual laboratory to assist high school biology experiment teaching.Through literature review,according to the general teaching mode of confirmatory experiment and exploratory experiment,combined with the characteristics of virtual laboratory in experimental teaching,this paper constructs the confirmatory experimental teaching mode assisted by virtual laboratory and the exploratory experimental teaching mode assisted by virtual laboratory.First,let students participate in the whole process of experimental verification and exploration with the help of virtual laboratory,and then let students carry out real experiments in groups,which not only improves the experimental participation rate of students,but also lays a foundation for the operation of real experiments,so as to improve the efficiency of experimental teaching.Third,carry out teaching practice and analyze the results according to the above two modes.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the pre-test scores of the two classes.After one semester of teaching,the average scores of the two final exams were compared.The experimental class was 67.07 and the control class was62.04.According to p=0.034<0.05,it can be shown that after the end of teaching practice,the experimental class has a significant difference in experimental theoretical knowledge from the control class,indicating that the virtual laboratory can help improve students' academic performance;In addition,through the experimental operation skill evaluation form,the students' operation skills were tested,and it was found that the experimental class was equally divided into 17.44 points,and the control class was 14.65 points.According to p=0.000<0.05,it shows that the experimental class has a very significant difference with the control class in terms of experimental operation skills,and the virtual laboratory helps to improve students' experimental operation skills;Finally,from the results of the post-test questionnaire in the experimental class,85.45% of the students in the experimental class can accept the mode of virtual laboratory-assisted biology experiment teaching,and in the process they have increased their interest in biology.
