The research results were released regarding the development of the core literacy of Chinese students in 2016.As a basic literacy,mathematics core literacy not only meets with the needs of personal development,but also meets the development trend of mathematics curriculum reform.In terms of promoting the all-round development of students,on the one hand,mathematics education is an indispensable and important way to develop students' knowledge and skills.On the other hand,it emphasizes its educational value in cultivating human rational thinking and practical ability.As one of the new core concepts of the Mathematics Curriculum Standard of Compulsory Education(2011 Edition),the model thought is the only core word named after “thought” in the core mathematics literacy of compulsory education stage.It is also one of the foundations for the implementation of the basic ideas of mathematics,which has been specifically presented and expressed in the mathematics curriculum standard.This paper takes the elementary school mathematics textbook(12 volumes)as the research object,which are published by Qingdao Education Publishing House(collectively referred to as “Qingdao Edition”).It combs and analyzes the curriculum contents and common mathematical models of different sections in the field of “number and algebra” comprehensively and systematically,and takes “encounter problem” as a case to carry out the overall teaching design,and then explains the implementation process of mathematical modeling teaching.This text analyzes the model thought which is contained in the field of “number and algebra” of primary school mathematics textbooks.It is significant for teachers to explore the mathematical model thought contained in the teaching materials and guide the primary school mathematics modeling teaching.Meanwhile,it is also conducive for teachers to better use the teaching materials,and master the connotation and essence of mathematics modeling teaching,as well as improving the quality of education,and promoting the reform and development of primary school mathematics education.By analyzing the model thought in the field of “number and algebra” of the primary school mathematics textbook of Qingdao edition,two conclusions are drawn.Firstly,the model thought in the field of number and algebra have their own characteristics in different grades.Secondly,the model thought in the field of number and algebra have similarities and differences in the understanding and representation of number,the operation of number,common quantities,expressions and equations,and positive and negative ratios.The author puts forward the following two aspects of the thinking by the analysis and study of the statistical results.Firstly,focus on the thinking of model thought teaching:(1)creating the living situation to abstract the mathematical problems;(2)discovering and flexibly applying mathematical models from various perspectives;(3)expanding the model thought in the process of analyzing and solving problems.Secondly,teachers' thinking of using primary school mathematics textbooks in the implementation of the teaching process:(1)refining the knowledge points of model thought contained in the textbooks accurately;(2)combining the mathematical model in the textbook with the real life situation;(3)strengthening the connection between mathematical models in different contents.
