A Study On The Supply And Service Of Compulsory Education For Children Of Migrant Workers In Yueqing City

China's China's city and countryside have been accelerated by reform and opening up,accelerating the process of urbanization,and also promoting large-scale migration of population.More and more people from rural areas to cities,from economically weak city to economically developed city,have become an important force to promote the rapid development of urban economy and society.However,due to household registration restrictions,Their children who are on the move are unable to enjoy the same treatment as those who enter the city's registered residence.This paper takes the realization of the balance between the supply and demand of compulsory education for the accompanying children of migrant workers as the starting point of the research,so as to avoid the damage or lack of basic public education service rights and interests of the accompanying children of migrant workers due to the unbalanced supply of compulsory education or low cost performance,which will lead to the outflow of labor force and all kinds of technical talents and restrict the development of regional economy and society.From the perspective of county-level cities,this study attempts to conduct an in-depth study on the supply service and practical difficulties of compulsory education for the accompanying children of migrant workers in Yueqing City,a developed county-level city along the eastern coast.Through front-line visits,case analysis and data analysis,this study starts from the current situation of the supply service of compulsory education for the accompanying children of migrant workers in Yueqing City,This paper comprehensively analyzes the existing problems and reasons,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to effectively solve the dilemma of compulsory education supply service,constantly optimizes the compulsory education supply service of migrant workers' accompanying children,and constantly enriches the domestic research in this field.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the research background and significance,research situation at home and abroad,research methods and ideas,innovation and shortcomings of the supply service of compulsory education for migrant children.The second chapter is the theoretical overview of the supply service of compulsory education for migrant workers' accompanying children,including the concepts of migrant workers,accompanying children and compulsory education,as well as the theories of new public service and Welfare Triangle.The third chapter shows the current situation and existing problems of the supply service of compulsory education for the accompanying children of migrant workers in Yueqing City from three aspects: the basic situation of compulsory education,the supply policy and the supply mode of compulsory education in Yueqing City.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the problems from the perspectives of government,market,society and family.The fifth chapter puts forward four optimization paths from the perspective of supply service optimization.The sixth chapter summarizes the research of this paper.
