With the development of new curriculum reform and quality education,the guiding ideology of health first has been rooted in the hearts of the people.However,at present,there are certain problems in the physical education teaching ability of general practice teachers in rural primary schools in Neihuang County.In order to improve the physical education teaching ability of general practice teachers in rural primary schools in Neihuang County,this paper is specially studied.This study investigates the current situation of physical education teaching ability of teachers in Neihuang County,selects 20 general teachers in primary schools as the respondents.This paper analyzes the development of rural primary school teachers,summarizes and summarizes the development of physical education teaching ability in Neihuang County,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the physical education teaching ability of teachers in Neihuang County.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Among the general teachers in Neihuang County,the proportion of female teachers is 83.3%,and the proportion of male teachers is 16.7%.Female teachers occupy an absolute position in the whole education of Neihuang County.In terms of age,the proportion of old,middle-aged and young teachers in Neihuang County is relatively reasonable,and the proportion of young teachers is relatively high.In terms of educational background,81.3% of the general subjects teachers in primary schools in Neihuang County have a bachelor's degree and are competent for teaching cultural courses in primary schools.Due to the particularity of physical education,teachers may have some deficiencies in physical education teaching.The professional title structure of teachers is relatively high.44.9% of the general subjects teachers in primary schools are secondary teachers.2.In the teaching of physical education,the teachers' classroom teaching implementation ability is very important,56.6% of the teachers need to improve the control of physical education classroom,53.1% of the teachers need to improve the classroom organization ability,44.9% of the teachers think need to improve the demonstration ability,34.3% of the teachers need to improve the physical education classroom explanation ability.In terms of instructional design,7.1% of the teachers would prepare new teaching plans before the physical education class,but 88.4% of the teachers could not prepare the teaching plans related to the physical education class,and the teachers were not very clear about the correct physical education class process,nor did they have the ability to write the instructional design.In the aspect of teaching evaluation and reflection ability,Neihuang county rural primary school teachers need to improve their own physical education teaching reflection ability,accounting for 51.5%,physical education teaching evaluation ability,accounting for49.5%,44.9% of the teachers need to improve the after-class summary ability of physical education.3.Aiming at the improvement of physical education teaching ability of rural primary school teachers in Neihuang County,this paper mainly elaborates from three aspects.(1)In the aspect of physical education teaching design: carry out school-based training and carry out regular teaching seminars.(1)carry out school-based training,class evaluation activities,carry out a variety of teaching promotion activities,and establish the level of mutual communication among teachers;(2)Conduct regular teaching seminars.The school can use one class every week to conduct certain discussion activities on the teaching design format,norms and skills of different sports teaching contents.(2)Physical education classroom teaching ability: carry out school-based training,observe and study,participate in teaching competitions,use the network platform to improve.(1)To carry out school-based training,which is rich in content and diverse in forms,and to train teachers through open classes and other modes;(2)Observation and learning,the school should have a complete set of rules and regulations,carry out regular teaching demonstration classes of excellent teachers every month,other general teachers for observation and learning,learning other people's explanation,demonstration,organization skills,processes and methods,etc.,for reference and imitation;(3)to participate in the teaching competition,through the competition to constantly improve their own sports ability and teaching skills;(4)using the network platform,teachers can use the network to study,observe and summarize the sports teaching for their own relatively weak.(3)Physical education teaching reflection ability: improve the understanding of teaching reflection,the combination of individual reflection and group reflection,writing teaching reflection.(1)To improve the understanding of teaching reflection,realize that teaching reflection can fully mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity in teaching,and gradually cultivate and develop the ability of teaching practice judgment and analytical thinking;(2)The combination of individual reflection and group reflection,in full communication,can not only deepen the improvement of their own reflective ability,but also promote the teaching and research ability of all teachers,so as to improve the teaching ability.(3)Write teaching reflection,reasonable evaluation and record of teaching design and classroom teaching,improve their own teaching reflection ability,and then improve the physical education teaching ability.
