Research On People's Sense Of Economic Gain From The Perspective Of Equity

The report to the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved into the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people's ever-growing needs for a better life.The increasingly prominent problem of "imbalance" poses new challenges to the modernization of China's governance system and capacity,and has a profound impact on achieving the fundamental socialist goal of common prosperity.In social life,the sense of injustice brought by the imbalance has a visible negative impact on people's sense of gain,especially the sense of economic gain,which has triggered a series of focus and discussion.Income itself,as the core content of public discussion,is the basis and brick of the study of people's sense of economic gain.The gap between the rich and the poor and the sense of injustice are another core element in the discussion of economic salary.The mentality and confidence of income and life improvement and the degree of social support in the current social network are also important factors affecting people's subjective perception of "real gain".However,on the whole,there are more public opinions and perceptual knowledge that focus on the sense of economic gain,and less systematic and physical and chemical academic research.To a certain extent,the focus and discussion of public opinions have found the entry point and provided a window for academic research.In this paper,by means of field investigation data,based on the improved people get feeling,is put forward based on family income level,the integrated use of hierarchy of needs,and the theory of social comparison theory,the time to build a theory system,key considerations fair perception factors,fully integrated self-efficacy and social support factors also improve public economic sense.This paper first establishes the theoretical model and puts forward the research hypothesis through the literature review,and then constructs the research and measurement index system.Then,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and data were guaranteed through pre-investigation,and the primary data were obtained through field investigation at last.The results show that,on the one hand,people's sense of economic gain based on sample analysis is relatively high;,on the other hand,the public to get promoted,especially the economic sense promotion still have greater expectations and demands,the economy get feeling with big rise space and development potential,the public sense of economic gain by household income,fairness perception,self-efficacy and social support,and(UN)fairness perceptions influence is the largest,the most profound.We proposed accelerating the increase and improvement of personal income with economic development as the central task.We will attach importance to and gradually address the gap between the rich and the poor and do more to ensure and promote social equity.We should make full use of and give full play to the role of the Internet as a front,increase input in "We Media" propaganda,focus on promoting core socialist values,promote positive social values,and create a harmonious and progressive social environment.
