In recent years,the traditional teaching has been difficult to ensure the learners' different needs,education attaches importance to the development of personality.However,the curriculum reform at the level of teaching practice pursues a unified teaching mode and pays less attention to students' learning differences.Through questionnaires and interviews,this study investigates the primary school mathematics teachers' attention to students' differences in mathematics learning and the current situation of teaching implementation.It is found that most mathematics teachers recognize the importance of students' differences,and with the increase of teaching experience,they pay more and more attention to students' differences,but they fail to implement the difference teaching in the specific implementation process.Teachers are very much looking forward to promoting differentiated teaching,but due to the lack of theoretical guidance and mature practical experience,differentiated teaching has not been truly implemented.Based on the above dilemma,the author summarizes a set of operable primary school mathematics teaching strategies based on students' differences according to the teaching process before class,during class and after class on the basis of practical exploration:(1)Before class: carry out differentiated teaching preparation according to students' differences: detect students' differences in mathematics learning,formulate flexible teaching objectives and prepare for selective learning Learning materials.(2)In class: design diversified teaching content to meet the needs of students' individual differences;integrate diversified teaching evaluation;make good use of students' differences resources in the way of group cooperative learning for common development.(3)After class: arrange various forms of homework,implement accurate individual guidance for students,so that students at different levels can get the best development from mathematics learning.Practical research shows that: the implementation of differentiated primary school mathematics teaching,students can improve in mathematics learning performance,mathematics learning emotional attitude,mathematics classroom participation.
