Team collaboraive learning is a teaching style,highlighting students as the main body,promoting exchanges and cooperation between group members,and evaluates them according to the overall results of the group.Promote students' all-round development,strengthen students' participation,so that students are immersed in group cooperative learning,cooperation capabilities,promoting thinking in communication with others,and bursting innovation sparks,Times,follow the actual needs of students,which makes the theoretical study and teaching exploration of "cooperative group learning" recognized and used by more and more teachers.Although most teachers have focused their attention on collaborative group learning,there are some problems in the group,causing the passive situation of "name without substance" in actual teaching.Even though some teachers incorporate cooperative group learning into the classroom,due to the inconsistency between theory and practice,cooperative group learning is only formal,without concrete substance on the surface,and does not achieve the desired effect of teachers.Teachers and students are facing the use of the form,such as using it in a formal way,low student participation,low frequency of carrying out cooperative group learning,and imperfect evaluation system,which make the teaching effect not fully reflected.Therefore,there is a need to optimize the use of teamwork in the teaching of teachers' secondary school ideological and political courses,students,schools and evaluation.This document consists of five parts: First,the choice of choice and topicism of the group cooperation learning,the state of research of domestic and foreign studies,identifying research ideas and methods,summarizing the focus,difficulties and innovation points.Second,define the relevant concept.It mainly summarizes the concept,characteristics,theoretical basis and application meaning of the team cooperative learning.Third,the status quo of cooperative learning and application of group cooperation,including the results of the results,the problematic nature of the results.and their root cause analysis.Fourthly,from teachers,students and schools that do courses on ideology and politics in high school ideas.Fifth,combined with specific teaching cases,"the creation and realization of value" as an example design case,providing a reference example of ideological.
