With the publication of the 2017 edition of the General High school Chemistry Curriculum Standard(hereinafter referred to as the 17 th edition of the new curriculum Standard),chemical core literacy has become a hot topic of concern for many chemistry researchers,and educators need to reflect the cultivation of literacy and the improvement of ability in their own classes.Therefore,we need a classroom observation scale that can reflect the core accomplishment of chemistry to make quantitative analysis of the actual classroom.In inspection core literacy of chemistry teachers to carry out the situation and find all sorts of problems existing in the classroom,so that the teachers know more about their own teaching,to improve the teaching quality,promote the all-round harmonious development of students' chemistry core accomplishment,also can standardize the procedures of classroom observation,to improve the traditional listening with arbitrary and subjective evaluation model of teacher evaluation.Based on behaviorism teaching theory and constructivism learning theory,this study not only analyzes the classroom structure,but also integrates the chemical core literacy into the evaluation system,and develops the chemistry classroom observation scale from four observation dimensions.First of all,the author chose "LICC Classroom observation Paradigm" as the guiding example of this study on the basis of a full study of existing domestic and foreign literature related to "Classroom observation scale".Secondly,the author made an in-depth analysis and interpretation of the five contents of chemical discipline core literacy in the 17 th edition of the new curriculum standard.According to the principle and basis of the compilation of observation scale,the author combined the "LICC Classroom observation paradigm" and "chemical core literacy",and preliminarily formed the classroom observation scale.Thirdly,the author used the consistency percentage formula proposed by Millett and Ammer to test the reliability of the scale,and tested the validity of the scale by the expert review method,so as to prove the reliability and validity of the scale is good.After the completion of construction and repeated modification by experts,the chemistry classroom observation scale with four dimensions,21 perspectives and 63 observation points was finally formed.Finally,the author applied the constructed chemistry classroom observation scale to the actual classroom,taking "REDOX reaction" and "ion reaction" as examples to prove that the scale constructed in this study meets the principles of operability and comprehensiveness,and has certain practical value.
