China is now making great strides towards its goal of education modernization.As an important part of education,special education has been paid close attention by the state.At the end of 2021,the state issued the 14 th Five-year Plan of Action for the Development and Promotion of Special Education,which reflected the firm determination of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council to do special education well in the new era.Physical education is a compulsory course in special education schools,and it is also an indispensable link to improve the level of special education and realize the modernization of education in China.This article USES the literature material method,interview method,field survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to linyi city special education school physical education class teaching present situation as the research object,selecting,hedong district,linyi city special education school special education school,yinan county special education school.School for special education school,sports teachers and site infrastructure as the object of investigation.This paper studies and analyzes the school-running purpose,basic situation,sports facilities and equipment of special education schools in Linyi city,as well as the seven basic elements that affect the PE teaching of special education schools,such as students and teachers.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,the planning of the number,location,distribution and admissions student category is quite reasonable in special education schools in Linyi.The organization forms of the sports teaching are divided into disabled class teaching system,and implement small class teaching for special circumstances special treatment.It enhanced the teaching effect,effectively reduced the difficulty of teaching,and improved the teaching efficiency.However,they do not pay enough attention to the recruitment publicity and other related work,and the enrollment rate of school-age special children and adolescents is low.(2)The construction of sports venues,schools existing hardware conditions can meet the demand of daily basic physical education teaching,and indoor sports venue construction of higher recovery,provides in bad weather is normal in physical education teaching,but the construction of sports venues and related facilities,lacks the relevant improvement of teaching group particularity for special education.(3)The physical education teachers have a high level of education and a reasonable age structure.But the graduates of normal education and physical education-related majors are the backbone of the physical education teachers.There is a lack of special physical education teachers,and the post-service professional training of physical education teachers is lower than the average level of all special education teachers.(4)Fully considering the physical and mental particularity of special education students,the establishment of PE teaching objectives is reasonable.In the aspect of physical education teaching content,the physical education teaching content of hearing impaired students is relatively rich,the physical education teaching content of visual impairment and intellectual disability students is relatively simple,and there is no difference with ordinary physical education teaching content.(5)Taking into account the differences in physical characteristics of special education students,PE teaching methods are mainly based on the types of students' disabilities to choose appropriate teaching methods.However,with the lack of understanding and application of modern teaching means,the school teaching facilities are backward and the PE teaching means are too traditional.(6)PE teaching evaluation design is reasonable.The evaluation content pays more attention to the performance of special education students in the learning process.The main reason is that the knowledge and skills are difficult for some students to learn,so it is difficult to implement.In terms of evaluation methods,most PE teachers have diversified evaluation methods,fully considered the particularity of special education students,and can carry out comprehensive evaluation on special education students.
