The current situation of self-control ability of junior high school students is not optimistic,many junior high school students in the process of mathematics learning is often difficult to resist the temptation from the external environment,in the process of mathematics learning setbacks tend to give up,easy to occur in the interruption of mathematics learning.Mathematics learning self-control ability has an important influence on junior high school students' mathematics achievement,and the level of mathematics achievement in addition to mathematics learning self-control ability has a relationship,but also depends on mathematics learning psychological adaptability.Therefore,the study on self-control of mathematics learning,psychological adaptability of mathematics learning and the relationship between them is conducive to revealing the specific situation of junior middle school students' mathematics learning process and mathematics examination process.Therefore,the researcher conducted an investigation on the self-control and psychological adaptability of mathematics learning of junior middle school students in Xining city,and analyzed and studied the obtained data.The main conclusions include two aspects:The first aspect is the characteristics of self-control and psychological adaptability of junior middle school students in different demographic variables:(1)The level of self-control in mathematics learning is above the medium level,and the level of psychological adaptability in mathematics learning is above the medium level.(2)There is no significant difference in the influence of different genders on the self-control of mathematics learning,but there is a significant difference in the psychological adaptability of mathematics learning.(3)There is no significant difference between students of different grades in self-control of mathematics learning,but there is significant difference in psychological adaptability of mathematics learning.The second aspect is the relationship between junior high school students' mathematical learning self-control and mathematical learning psychological adaptability:(1)There is a positive correlation between the level of mathematics learning self-control and the level of mathematics learning psychological adaptability.The higher the value of mathematics learning self-control of junior middle school students,the higher the index of mathematics learning psychological adaptability.(2)Among the three dimensions of self-control in mathematics learning,emotion,behavior and thinking are positively correlated with mathematical learning psychological adaptation.(3)The psychological adaptability of mathematics learning affects the mathematics learning of junior middle school students.The higher the psychological adaptability index of mathematics learning,the higher the value of self-control in mathematics learning.Similarly,the improvement of the self-control ability of emotion,behavior and thinking in mathematics learning will promote the improvement of the level of psychological adaptability of mathematics learning.The main factors affecting the psychological adaptability of junior middle school students are emotional self-control and thinking self-control in mathematics learning.
