As an important part of school education,school physical education plays a very important role.This paper takes the integration background of physical education and cultural education as a new research perspective,combined with the current policy documents of school physical education in China,through the investigation and Research on the current situation of junior middle school physical education in Ulanqab City,Inner Mongolia,to find out the factors affecting junior middle school physical education in this area,Find out the problems and put forward reasonable promotion strategies and suggestions,so as to better promote the balanced development of physical education resources in urban areas and flag counties,and enhance students' physical and mental health.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates the situation of physical education teachers,students' physical education learning,physical education teaching and relevant guarantee conditions in10 junior middle schools in Ulanqab urban area and county(banner),At the same time,the exploratory factor analysis method is used to summarize the factors affecting the development of physical education teaching,and the following research conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of the current situation of teachers,the structure of teachers' gender,age,educational background and professional title is unreasonable;The polarization of teachers' weekly class hours in counties(banners);Teachers have few opportunities to participate in training and skill competitions;Teachers' scientific research work is very poor;7The situation that physical education teachers undertake the work of head teachers is not optimistic;Teachers' satisfaction with the current professional situation is relatively high.(2)In terms of the current situation of students' physical education learning,students in urban areas are more satisfied with physical education than those in counties(banners);The main motivation is to get full marks in the middle school physical education examination and alleviate the learning pressure of culture class,Most students believe that physical exercise will promote the study of culture class;Students in urban areas master sports and health knowledge better than those in counties(banners);Students' mastery of basic sports skills needs to be improved,and their mastery of one special sports skill is better;The situation of "one hour of activities inside and outside the school" of students is poor;In the past three years,all junior middle schools have held sports competitions,with rich and diverse competition items;The construction of sports characteristic schools lacks Chinese traditional sports,and the types of sports are less.(3)The overall development of physical education is very good,and the phenomenon of class occupation has been curbed;Both urban areas and counties(banners)teach collectively in classes;The phenomenon of large class teaching in urban areas is serious;The teaching situation of physical education theory course in urban areas is better than that in counties(banners);There are rich practical teaching contents and a wide range of projects in the urban area.The "tennis" and "skiing" projects in Jining district have successfully entered the campus.The county(banner)mainly focuses on the traditional practical teaching contents,and the urban area and county(banner)do not pay attention to the development of national traditional sports.(4)In terms of physical education teachers' teaching,teachers still use the traditional three-stage and four stage physical education structure for teaching;The sports load of students in urban area is better than that in county(banner);The implementation of "curriculum standards" in urban areas is better than that in counties(banners);All urban areas and counties(banners)use the sports teaching materials uniformly formulated by the state;The overall completion of the teaching objectives formulated by urban teachers and the implementation of the plan are better than those in the county(banner);Teachers in the urban area show diversity in the use of physical education teaching methods,while more than half of teachers in the county(banner)mainly use traditional teaching methods;Teachers' evaluation is the main method in urban areas and counties(banners),and teachers in urban areas pay more attention to the evaluation of students' learning;Teachers in urban areas are better at cultivating students' subject core literacy than those in counties(banners).(5)Students' physicalhealthtestingis implemented in all urban areas and counties(banners),but the testing mechanism is not perfect;The middle school entrance examination sports score is low,the project setting is unreasonable,and the test mode is single.(6)In terms of guarantee conditions related to physical education,there are many kinds of venues in junior middle schools,and the construction of venues is relatively complete,but some schools are lack of equipment and there are potential safety hazards;The construction of physical education teaching management system plays a limited role in specific practice and management;School medical rooms are basically built in urban areas and counties(banners),but most schools do not have professional school doctors.(7)This paper analyzes the factors affecting junior middle school physical education under the background of sports education integration,and obtains six main factors: national and social factors,school internal factors,family factors,teachers' own factors,students' personal factors and physical education teaching process factors.In view of the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following promotion strategies:(1)improve the management level and improve the implementation ability of policy documents.(2)Build a professional team of teachers and comprehensively improve teachers' professional quality: vigorously develop the regional economy and effectively improve the salary level of teachers;Open up new channels for teachers to introduce,establish a new mechanism for teachers' learning and exchange,and promote teachers' professional development.(3)Establish a joint mechanism of society,school and family in the new era to promote students' physical education learning.(4)Change the teaching concept and realize the goal of educating people in physical education: reform the physical education teaching mode and make "church,diligent practice and regular competition" run through the whole process of physical education teaching;Improve the physical health test and middle school entrance examination physical education system,and steadily improve the students' physical health level;Implement the cultivation of discipline core literacy and give better play to the function of "Cultivating people with sports".(5)Strengthen relevant safeguard measures to promote the healthy development of school physical education.
