As China's reform gradually deepening,into an overall in-depth and critical stage.Amid the ravages of COVID-19,it has aroused high public concern about health and promoted the continuous development of sports in China.In order to strengthen the team of physical education teachers,various physical education colleges and normal colleges continue to expand the enrollment of sports related majors,and encourage high school students to actively participate in the physical education college entrance examination.Functional strength training has long been widely used in the world of sports,and its outstanding training effects and targeted training methods have attracted the attention of domestic experts and coaches.Therefore,this study starts from the basic quality of guangdong physical education college entrance examination,combines the training situation of senior high school sports students,adopts scientific,reasonable and advanced training methods,and grafts them into the daily training of senior high school sports students.Using functional strength training to intervene,so as to improve the physical form and physical quality of high school sports,solve the main problems of high school sports training.In this study,literature method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,experimental method,logical analysis method and other research methods were used to select 20 high school sports students from Shiwan Middle School in Huizhou city as experimental objects to understand the development of high school sports students in functional strength training.After screening,all 20 subjects had no physical disease and could be tested for 12 weeks.Spss23.0 software was used to summarize and process the experimental data.FMS functional motion score and physical education college entrance examination scores of 20 experimental subjects were collected in the experiment.After analysis,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)The experimental data showed that the 12-week experimental test had a positive effect on the members of the two groups,and their sports scores showed an upward trend compared with before the experiment.Therefore,the actual effects of the two kinds of training were worthy of affirmation.However,by comparing the difference of data increase,it was found that the performance increase of the experimental group that adopted functional strength training combined with traditional strength training was greater than that of the control group that adopted traditional strength training.Therefore,it can be shown that the addition of functional strength training has a more prominent role in improving students' physical fitness and sports performance.(2)The experimental data showed that the 12-week experimental test had a positive effect on the FMS scores of the members of the two groups,and the data showed an upward fluctuation.The FMS functional and motor scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,showing a significant difference.(3)Functional strength training is not only conducive to the improvement of muscle strength in the core area of high school sports students and the mobility of joints,but also to give full play to explosive force when the body is in an unstable state.Functional strength training can improve the body shape,physical quality and physical function of the body,functional strength training combined with traditional strength training mode is more conducive to the improvement of high school sports students. |
