Scientific and technological innovation is the key to enhancing comprehensive national strength.Citizens' scientific literacy directly affects the country's scientific and technological innovation ability.As an important part of improving scientific literacy,science education plays an irreplaceable role in primary school.In order to effectively cultivate pupils' scientific literacy and accurately grasp scientific concepts and their logical relationship,countries all over the world have successively used core concepts to carry out science teaching.China's compulsory education science curriculum standard puts forward that the science curriculum should "pay attention to understanding the natural world as a whole and present the curriculum content with core concepts",and the curriculum design should "focus on core concepts",and clearly points out 13 core concepts that learners need to master in primary school.In order to effectively solve the problems of fragmentation of scientific knowledge and fragmentation of subject knowledge,the new curriculum standard requires the in-depth implementation of the teaching concept of "less but better" and the "reasonable arrangement of advanced learning".Advanced learning can describe the gradual,deep and shallow thinking path followed by students when learning a core concept or knowledge field,and build a coherent,unified and spiraling learning ladder for students.The advanced process is an important "node" or "stepping point" of the "ladder" path of learning core concepts.This study takes the core concept of "earth in the universe" as the research object,constructs the core concept system of "earth in the universe",reasonably plans the advanced learning path,and forms a teaching design case of "day and night" based on advanced learning.The contents of this study are as follows:(1)Investigate the current situation of teaching.By compiling the questionnaire of primary school science teachers on the application of core concepts and advanced learning,it is concluded that primary school science teachers have a weak understanding of advanced learning and that advanced learning is of great significance in practical teaching,and summarizes and extracts corresponding teaching suggestions for the existing problems of advanced learning teaching.(2)Determine the concept matrix.Through the new generation science curriculum standard of the United States,the 2017 edition of primary school science curriculum standard,the 2022 edition of compulsory education science curriculum standard and the Qingdao edition of primary school science textbooks,it is determined that "the earth in the universe" is the core concept to be studied;The concept matrix is planned around the concept system to clarify the inseparable logical relationship between the operation of the earth,sun,moon and other celestial bodies;Based on the core concept matrix,it is divided into five advanced learning dimensions: "day and night replacement","four seasons replacement","solar visual motion","stellar visual motion" and "lunar phase change",which are used to describe the learning process of each secondary core concept;Combined with curriculum standards and teaching materials,preset the respective advanced learning levels under the five advanced learning dimensions.(3)Plan the advanced learning path.Based on the materials such as junior high school entrance examination questions,after-school exercises,mid-term and final examination questions,test tools are developed to evaluate students' learning process under a certain advanced dimension of learning.This study takes a primary school in Lanshan District of Linyi City as the research object,obtains the concept of error prone through the error rate of the formal test results,and fully verifies the presupposition of advanced learning by calculating the different levels of advanced learning corresponding to the topic accuracy concentration.The advanced level inconsistent with the preset stage is corrected,and the learning advanced path of "earth in the universe" is determined.(4)Develop and learn advanced teaching cases.This study takes the first volume of the sixth grade of primary school "day and night" as an example to develop advanced learning teaching around the core concepts,which is used to guide the teaching application of front-line science teachers in specific chapters.
