The problem of relapse and labeling of drug addicts,as well as the difficulty of social return,has been perplexing the international community and has been the focus of academic attention.Therefore,the state has issued a series of regulations and policies to reduce the relapse rate of drug addicts and promote their smooth return to society.The promulgation and implementation of the narcotics control act,increased the community rehabilitation mode in response to the diversification of demand addicts,beneficial to drug addicts based on community,relying on the family and the unit,through community rehabilitation education group of relevant,supervision and management,withdrawal addiction,prevention of relapse,avoid long-term drug addicts from society and imprisonment brought about by the problem,promote the consolidation of the withdrawal.However,one of the important factors preventing drug addicts from reducing the relapse rate and returning to society is social exclusion.For drug addicts,institutional exclusion will make them unable to get a job,thus affecting their normal life.Due to emotional rejection,community drug addicts cannot live with their families and lack social support system.Therefore,improving the ability of community drug addicts to deal with social rejection is of great significance for community drug addicts to quit addiction and return to society smoothly.Under the guidance of behaviorism theory and cognitive theory,this paper provides services for community drug addicts in X community to improve their ability to cope with social exclusion by using the methods of social work.The service objects learn to cope with social exclusion in terms of psychological construction and social adaptation through three methods: group,individual case and community.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which describes the background,purpose,significance,literature review,research ideas and methods,core concepts and theoretical basis of the topic.The first chapter analyzes the needs of community drug addicts,which is divided into two parts: the current situation of social exclusion and the existing needs of community drug addicts.Chapter two is the social work practice process of improving the ability of community drug addicts to cope with social exclusion,which is divided into three parts: group work,case work and community work.The third chapter is about the evaluation of service effect,including the evaluation of intervention design and process,and the evaluation of the achievement of objectives.The fourth chapter is reflection and suggestion.According to the needs analysis,the main needs of community drug addicts are emotional needs,occupational needs and sense of worth,and the satisfaction of these three needs will be hindered under the condition of social exclusion.After seven sessions of group activities,the clients' self-cognition was improved and their sense of self-worth also changed.The perception and coping with social exclusion has also changed.After individual case service,the relationship between the clients and their families was improved,career opportunities were obtained,and the sense of self-worth was more obvious.After the community activities,the community drug addicts' vision of interpersonal communication has been broadened,and the community residents' view of the community drug addicts has also changed.
