Promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education has always been an important goal of the national development of education.As one of the main contents of the three elements of education,his role cannot be ignored.Rural areas have always been a large part of the proportion of urban and rural areas.Due to the constraints of geographical location and economic conditions,the educational conditions in rural areas are more difficult,and the difficulties encountered by new rural primary school teachers are more complex and special in the early stage of entry.The initial stage of entry is also a key period for the formation and development of new teachers,and the degree of adaptation to entering the teacher profession is particularly important for new teachers.Therefore,this study includes the induction and adaptation of new teachers in rural schools.First of all,the paper takes the relevant theories of teacher professional development as the research basis,and the "survival stage" of teacher development stage is the initial stage of new teachers.Based on the current rural education situation combined with the relevant research topic "Research on the induction adaptation of new teachers",the specific practical application dimensions of "vocational skill adaptation","interpersonal relationship adaptation","professional psychological adaptation" and "occupational environment adaptation" are determined.follow,Using literature,interview and case analysis,From the four aspects of this perspective,vocational skills perspective,interpersonal relationship perspective,professional psychology perspective and professional environment perspective,To 15 new rural teachers in Xinzheng area,Henan Province,To carry out person-by-professional adaptation investigation,Fully grasp the entry and adaptability of new teachers,And found that the main problems in the application of professional skills and knowledge are: lack of teaching and teaching ability;Lack of management experience and weak scientific research strength;Interpersonal relationship adaptation:it is difficult to establish a benign teacher-student relationship with students,Communication barriers with parents,distant relationship with colleagues and leaders;Professional psychology: the new teachers' professional identity is not strong,Low job enthusiasm and satisfaction rate,And rapid transition and poor mental state,Occupational environment: difficult rural conditions,Teachers' psychological gap is big,Leadership style affects the work enthusiasm and enthusiasm of new teachers,The unreasonable rules and regulations exacerbate the inadaptability of new teachers.Thirdly,we need to analyze the adaptation of new teachers in rural schools,due to inadequate educational practice;theory and practice lead to communication with students and parents;dependence on urban life;lack of professional development and professional growth.Finally,according to the problems faced by new teachers in rural schools,suggestions are proposed: strengthen pre-service training,improve the knowledge structure of new teachers,enhance professional identity,adjust mentality,strengthen teaching reflection,enhance interpersonal communication ability,establish harmonious interpersonal relationship,strengthen the adaptation of new teachers,and strengthen humanistic care on campus.
