At present,the youth stage of competitive aerobics skills level needs to be strengthened,in the daily physical quality training,basic is the traditional strength training method,although also can improve the level of youth competitive aerobics athletes,but with competitive aerobics rules update,change and development,competitive aerobics trainers put forward more new requirements,and women from a physiological point of view,muscle strength is weaker than men,how to more safely and effectively improve the core stability of youth competitive aerobics female athletes will become urgent.The body resistance exercise,also known as Total Restance Exercise(TRX),suspension training as an important part of modern physical training was introduced into China,this paper will TRX suspension training into aerobics training content,discusses the influence of TRX suspension training experiment on the core stability of female athletes,design a set of quickly improve the core stability of female athletes,so as to improve the youth physical quality and special sports technology.This paper studies and investigates the influence of TRX suspension training on the core stability of female youth competitive aerobics athletes by using literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method.In this article,34 female athletes from Zibo City,Shandong Province,Meet competitive aerobics training base were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,controls adopt the traditional waist and abdomen strength training method,experimental group using TRX suspension training method,study the difference of the core stability of female athletes,the experimental research for 16 weeks,the conclusion is as follows:1.Through comparative analysis of the two groups of athletes 1 minutes before and after the experiment,eight abdominal bridge,SEBT star offset balance and 30 seconds group jump index data change,the mean level of two athletes have different degrees of improvement,after 16 weeks of training two training methods can effectively improve the core stability of female athletes.2.Through the comparative analysis of the two training methods improve effect,the experimental group than control more significant training effect,after the experiment group athletes in eight abdominal bridge and 30 seconds group jump test,improve significantly greater than the control group,shows that TRX suspension training than traditional lumbar abdominal strength training in core endurance and core functional effect is better.3.Through comparative analysis of the performance of the two groups,the helicopter and leg support 360 of the experimental group;it shows that the TRX suspension training improved the quality of the traditional lumbar and abdominal muscle strength training.4.In the overall training effect,it can be concluded that TRX suspension training is better than the traditional lumbar and abdominal muscle strength training,and the action methods are diverse and more novel,which can activate the deep muscles and small muscle groups of the core muscles,and quickly improve the exercise efficiency of core stability,which is suitable for application in competitive aerobics.
