The Significance Of Observation Variety Show To The Construction Of S Ocial Issues

For a long time,the variety show market has been occupied by "fast variety shows" such as sports and drafts.With the continuous fatigue of the audience and the "restriction on entertainment orders" policy,a new program format has begun to emerge.Focus on multi-dimensional personal relationships such as marriage,parent-child,and workplace,the program introduces a omniscient perspective,and various topics guided by the program allow the audience to be involuntarily integrated into the discussion of the program,which has to a certain extent opened up the diversity and inclusiveness of society.The industry calls this type of program "observation variety show",or "observation reality show".In the development process of this type of variety show,it is continuously improved and deepened,and non-interventive methods are used to observe the guests in their lives,and the "studio observation" configuration is derived,forming the normal mode of "studio observation + reality show".People in the state of life are not only observed by the audience,but also by the guests in the studio.In addition to the positioning of the show itself,media reports have said that this variety show has a certain social value.Based on this,this article takes observational variety shows as the research object,and takes the construction of social issues as the starting point.Through the analysis of typical cases,it explains how observational variety shows resonates with the audience and its "mainstreaming" under the theory of cultivation theory Formation process.The author divides observation variety into two categories,namely emotional observation variety and workplace observation variety.In emotion observation variety,it is further divided into marriage,love and parent-child observation variety.When analyzing "Emotional Offer",the audience participated in the program discussion through the barrage,so the author coded its barrage content in three dimensions: social interaction,emotional expression,and knowledge sharing.I found that there were many observation variety shows.The introduction of the perspective fully mobilized the audience's enthusiasm for discussion,and the resonance effect was obvious.At the same time,it played a "mainstreaming" role in guiding social hot topics,further confirming the role of cultivation theory in cyberspace.Through case analysis of the other 4 variety shows,the author comprehensively expanded the types of social issues in the variety shows of observation,and found that the three topics with the highest frequency in the show are cyber violence,workplace topics,and social relations(gender and intergenerational relations).At the same time that observation variety shows have certain social value,problems such as lack of stamina and innovation are also very prominent.Based on the results of the research,the author gives suggestions for the future development of observation variety shows.
