Research On The Evolution Of Intelligence Science Based On Scientometric

In the history of the evolution of scientific disciplines,intelligence science is a relatively active marginal discipline,which has achieved rapid development in the past half a century.But at the same time,the theoretical differences and school disputes seem to have cast a "shadow" on the development of intelligence science.This article follows the logic of the main line,based on scientometrics theory,and comprehensively uses scientific knowledge graphs,social network analysis,and co-citation analysis methods.First,the relevant concepts and research paradigms are divided and defined;Then the SPSS software is used.The functions of its factor analysis and multi-dimensional scales define the supporting disciplines of intelligence,and further demonstrate the structure of the discipline of intelligence and its interaction with related disciplines;Next,under the guidance of the "main line of history",the analysis data of the year 1945-2020 is divided into five stages based on important historical nodes.The cluster analysis and qualitative analysis of the scientific knowledge map are used to draw the knowledge map separately,and the disciplinary characteristics of each period is described according to the extracted subject words and key documents.Based on this,we reveal the evolutionary law of the entire intelligence science;Finally,we use citespace's citation burst and the analysis of key authors to speculate the future evolution trend of intelligence science.In the long history,the evolution law of intelligence science mainly shows the following five characteristics:(1)From the classification research results of journals,it can be seen that the classification of intelligence science in China is basically the same as the research direction of intelligence science in foreign field.Information economics and information psychology in foreign countries have not formed the mainstream of research;(2)Through the analysis of journal co-citation,it can be obtained that the research field of intelligence science is extensive and partially in the middle,and the research of information technology is still the most important research support for the development of intelligence science.Computer science,information science,sociology,management science,and communications are the foundations and links for intelligence science to take the cross-over research route,and should be widely introduced into information science education;(3)In the process of evolution and change of intelligence science-related disciplines,library and philology has been developing for a long time.It has been occupying an important position for a period of time,but its status has declined significantly in recent years.The research direction of intelligence science has been "gradually diverging" from the research direction of book documentation.The speak of "integration of library,intelligence and files" will self-breaking with not being attacked in the future.At the same time,the rise of management science,computer science and other disciplines have become important related disciplines of intelligence science.The subject that has the greatest impact on the future development of intelligence science is not computer science,but management science;(4)Through visual analysis of discipline evolution and qualitative analysis of intelligence science experts,we believe that "generalist" education is the direction for the training of intelligence science professionals,and the interdisciplinary route is the main route for the future development of intelligence science.The research and professional education of intelligence science metrology should be highly valued by various departments,because it has become the only feature and foundation of our major at this stage,which may affect its major development trend in the future;(5)Finally,we conclude that the research directions of bibliometrics,altmetrics,social commerce,crowdfunding,and information technology are predicted to become the research hotspots of intelligence science in the coming years through theories such as citation mutation and centrality.After the above research,we explained the ins and outs of intelligence science and the development trend of the discipline,and revealed the evolution law of intelligence science.These can not only help clarify the ideas of discipline construction and resolve academic disputes,but also contribute to the top-level design,scientific planning,international integration and sustainable development of intelligence science discipline.
