With the advent of the information age,more and more rich digital services have provided many conveniences for our lives and gradually become an indispensable part of peoples lives.When users use digital services,service providers often obtain personal information such as names and phone numbers from users,which poses many hidden dangers to users personal information security.In the current relevant laws on personal information protection,the inversion of burden of proof is not implemented,that is,the user needs to bear the burden of proof that the personal information is leaked.In most cases,it is difficult for users to obtain evidence,and many criminals use this loophole to unscrupulously sell users personal information,resulting in difficulties in law enforcement and serious leakage of personal information.At present,there are two main technical solutions for personal information protection,one is to keep the original data of personal information confidential,and the other is to set a personalized privacy protection strategy.This article is different from the traditional technical solutions,to provide personal evidence protection by means of providing evidence,from the legal root cause of personal information leakage.This paper proposes a personal information management method based on blockchain.This method stores the personal information transaction records between the user and the service provider on the blockchain,and the user can distinguish whether the service provider obtained the users personal information legally or illegally.After applying this method,if the criminal obtains and uses the users personal information through illegal methods,the user can easily obtain relevant evidence.This paper first proposes a personal information management method based on a trusted certification center,which is designed for two scenarios of direct transaction of personal information and third-party transactions,and uses Kailar logic to prove the accountability of its protocol.Further,this article proposes a method for managing personal information based on smart contracts,using smart contract technology to manage and protect personal information without the need for a trusted certification center.Finally,we used the NS-3 network simulator to conduct simulation experiments on the performance of the consensus mechanism and the application effect of smart contracts.Experimental results prove that,in terms of performance,the method proposed in this paper can meet the performance requirements in practical transaction scenarios and has usability.The application of smart contracts can record personal information transactions between users and service providers on the blockchain without the need for a trusted certification center.The records will not be lost due to invalidation or modification.The users personal privacy will not be leaked on the blockchain.This method is feasible.
