Research On The Effect Of Knowledge Sharing Among Online Community Members Form The Perspective Of Network Characteristics And Behavior Tendency

In recent years,more and more consumers through online community to exchange personal views and to get the product knowledge These online communities make consumers more easily understand the product knowledge community contains cultural value,but also provides users with the same requirements with a free flow of information,promote the spread of knowledge study online members of our community interaction network characteristic behavior of knowledge exchange and its effect of knowledge sharing,research online interactive network structure characteristics of the members of the community The knowledge behavior tendency and its knowledge sharing effect are helpful to reveal the law of community knowledge organization,and have practical significance to promote the knowledge exchange in such community.In this paper,we study with huawei pollen club wisdom screen BBS as an example,the typical online community members from the community network characteristics and behavior tendency to discuss the effect of knowledge sharing of online commmunity members,to promote the knowledge sharing behavior in figures for such online community and provides Suggestions for benign development main work includes:(1)obtain huawei pollen club wisdom screen BBS data set,in three months for a period,pollen club wisdom screen grab two BBS data,and to obtain the original data for data cleaning,as this paper research and analysis of the initial data set.(2)preprocessing the data according to the posts and replies of members to obtain the adjacent moment Array,the multi-stage interactive network is constructed according to the reply relationship among community members.Then,the network characteristics are analyzed through four indexes,namely network density(whole and individual),degree center,distance and core edge analysis in social network analysis,and the changes of network characteristics indicators over time are studied;(3)the knowledge of community members' search or contribution is used to study the changes of network characteristics indicators over time;(3)the network features are studied based on the search or contribution knowledge of community members The frequency of knowledge is divided into three categories:knowledge contributor,knowledge searcher and intermediary,and discusses the difference of behavior among different behavioral tendency members;(4)based on the previous data,the contribution effect of knowledge contributor,search effect of knowledge searcher and intermediary effect are discussed The results show that for knowledge contributors,the individual center of members significantly promotes the quality of knowledge contribution,while individual density has a negative impact on the quality of knowledge contribution;for knowledge searchers,individual centers of members and interaction with core members,it has a significant positive impact on the knowledge search effect;for intermediaries,whether they belong to core users And the individual density has a negative effect on its mediating effect.The research of this paper is helpful to show the knowledge sharing behavior and effect of the members of online communities from the perspective of network characteristics and user behavior tendency,and to provide guidance and suggestions for the promotion and healthy development of knowledge sharing behavior of such communities.
