In the direction of electronic countermeasures in the field of national defense and military industry,digital radio frequency storage plays a vital role.Because radio frequency systems sample and store massive radio frequency signals at high speeds,extremely high storage capacity and speed are required.However,the storage speed and storage capacity of the current traditional storage system can no longer meet the rapidly increasing demand for data access.Therefore,this paper has developed a large-capacity high-speed parallel storage system based on FPGA and SD protocol to meet the high-speed and large-capacity storage requirements of digital radio frequency storage.First,in view of the low data storage speed of the digital radio frequency storage system and the inconvenient management of the stored data,the research and design of the realization method of high-speed parallel storage system functions are carried out.Select the appropriate FPGA chip and storage medium to design a high-speed,parallel,and convenient storage system hardware circuit.This system integrates the control part and the storage part into a hardware circuit.The hardware circuit includes an FPGA logic control circuit with convenient configuration features,supports memory array circuit with highspeed parallel data transmission function,differential clock circuit with higher stability and voltage conversion circuit with stable voltage output,etc.Secondly,for the storage system with SD card as the storage medium,the slow transmission speed through the SPI mode and the data distribution problem under the parallel transmission state,the software system of large-capacity high-speed memory is developed.Design 4 bit communication and data high-speed parallel transmission program in SDIO mode,build storage medium FAT file system for data file management,use RAID idea to design a storage array multi-level cache solution,solve the storage system multiSD card parallel storage and storage Data allocation problem of space.Finally,the 8-layer high-speed printed circuit board(PCB)of the storage system was designed and produced,and the large-capacity storage system was developed through component welding and hardware circuit debugging.Use timing simulation software to complete the timing simulation test of the parallel read-write function of the designed software system.And build an experimental platform for the high-speed parallel storage system,and verify the system's high-speed parallel storage performance and signal stability through an online logic analyzer and oscilloscope.
