Sharing is the general trend of today's times.As a new form of business emerging after the development of information technology revolution to a certain stage,sharing mode is profoundly changing the ownership of assets,organizational forms,employment mode and consumption mode.Accounting,as a kind of business language,with the evolution of the business environment and a new round of scientific and technological innovation,has promoted the revolutionary changes in the accounting industry.Financial Shared Service Center is one of them.At the same time,the financial shared service center is also faced with many risks and challenges in the process of development.How to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of the financial shared mode requires the financial shared service center to have a relatively perfect performance management system to support.Performance management is an important measure to realize the strategic goal of financial shared service center.To construct a set of performance evaluation system suitable for the development of financial shared service center is of certain significance to the research of performance management of financial shared service center.This paper takes the performance management of SY Group Financial Shared Service Center as an example,and adopts literature research,case analysis,quantitative analysis and other research methods.Firstly,the literature,concepts and theoretical basis on financial shared service and performance evaluation research of financial shared service center at home and abroad are summarized and summarized to pave the way for further analysis on performance evaluation research of SY Group's financial shared service center.Secondly,the operation development and performance management status of SY Group Financial Shared Service Center are introduced,the existing problems are pointed out and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Thirdly,the performance evaluation system of SY Group Financial Shared Service Center is rebuilt,which provides a feasible plan for SY Group Financial Shared Service Center to build a comprehensive performance evaluation system.Finally,in order to ensure that the financial shared service center of SY Group can make better use of the reconstructed performance evaluation system and maximize the effect of the performance evaluation system,this paper puts forward targeted implementation opinions and safeguard measures to facilitate the effective implementation and operation of the performance evaluation system in the financial shared service center of SY Group.Based on rebuilding the SY group financial Shared services center performance evaluation system,the reference of the balanced scorecard method guidance but not completely copy,in its original dimensions increase risk dimensions,construct a set of improved reflect the financial,customer,internal process,learning dimension for financial innovation and risk sharing center performance evaluation system of strategic objectives,It provides comprehensive and detailed reference indicators for enriching the selection of performance evaluation indicators of SY Group's financial shared service center and realizing the transformation and development of financial shared service center.It is hoped that it can provide certain reference and help for the construction of performance evaluation system of financial shared service center of other enterprises.
