| As media industrialization momentum in China,media companies tend to be more and more market-oriented,and also pay more and more attention to build their own core competence in the market competition.However,many media companies still apply traditional backward management and personnel systems in their activities,which are extremely adverse to the development of media activities and may eventually limit the development of this type of enterprises.Considering the market environment and the actual needs of their audience,it is more beneficial to the development of the TV industry by establishing a correct input-output concept,delimiting a specific program project boundary,and utilize project management measures during the process of programming and operating.In China's engineering projects,project cost management has been used in the relatively mature manner.Previous studies on TV program project management are limited,especially in-depth research on cost management,because TV projects have special characteristics such as great social benefits,time-critical,complex cost structure,unique,cooperative and so on.On the basis of the theoretical summary of the factors affecting the cost of a certain type of program,the main innovation of this paper is to further propose the theoretical model of the relationship of the factors of cost,and research the specific work to control cost better.Combined with the cost classification practice of TV projects and the particularity of industry cost,the project cost management further integration into the concrete case.First,through questionnaire survey,the grounded theory coding method was used to extract key words and make frequency statistics for 78 valid questionnaires on the cost overrun factors of C project.According to the three-level coding rules,the cost overrun factors of customers,producers and suppliers were coded.Then,the interview data of 10 field experts are supplemented to find out the relationship between cost overrun factors and find out that some factors not only directly affect the cost but also indirectly affect other factors.Put forward a cost overrun factor model for similar projects.Finally,according to the conclusion,the need to focus on the factors of the paper presents the solution of the depth of thinking,and puts forward the targeted countermeasures,for program project phase affect cost three aspects of specific problems in probability and reduce the cost overruns to cut off the relationship,it is of practical significance for the proposed some Suggestions and solutions.In the third season program production process based on the existing conditions for the development of some feasible solutions,also achieved a certain practical effect.This paper discusses and analyzes the applicability of project cost management in TV program production management,combines the particularity of TV program production,analyse the overspend factors,identify the main factors that need to be paid attention to,and the relationship between other factors and core factors;.Find out the basic mentality of improving the current situation of project cost,that is,reduce the impact of customer's rigid requirements on project execution itself,and reduce the unplanned cost expenditure through effective internal cost management process and effective supervision of suppliers;It provides the basis for cost control and management ideas for the production of the following seasons of this program and other similar programs of folk people's competitions,accumulates experience and lessons,and provides the direction for the future,which is of certain help to improve the overall competitiveness of the company in market competition. |
