Research On Influencing Factors Of Public Information Service Quality In Smart Community

Various cities have been attracted by "smart cities" and "smart communities",vying to join the boom in the construction of smart communities.with the rapid upgrading of my country's science and technology and the advent of the information age,the complexity of the community environment is increasing,the personalization of information services for community residents is getting stronger and stronger.But,The Chinese government and libraries cover most of the public information services,which leads to weak public information services provided by the community.This puts forward better requirements for the smart community in accelerating the transformation and upgrading of traditional public services,improving the quality of public information services,meeting the increasing demand for public information services of community users,and improving users' willingness and satisfaction in continuing to use the information construction of smart communities.The qualitative comprehensive integration method is used to sort out the influencing factors of the public information service quality of smart communities at home and abroad,and then the Delphi method is used to preliminarily screen the sorting results,and finally the initial system and hypothetical model of the influence factors of public information service quality in the smart community are built.The initial influencing factor system is further analyzed through the questionnaire survey method,and then the SPSS is used to complete the principal component analysis of the survey results and the second round of influencing factors is screened,and finally the determined influencing factor system and model of the public information service quality of the smart community is obtained.To identify the key factors affecting the quality of public information services in smart communities,the method used is the fuzzy set theory-DEMATEL method.After obtaining the relevant data and the factor quadrant chart,we began to analyze the key factors affecting the quality of public information services in smart communities.Taking into account the national conditions of our country and the key influencing factors derived from the analysis,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of public information services in smart communities are proposed,starting from the following five aspects: capital investment,service supply,information ease of use,talent team,Laws and regulations.
