With the advent of the industrial Internet revolution,industrial cloud platforms that promote the intelligent and digitalization of the entire manufacturing system have begun to spread.A cloud platform that lacks a clear information architecture and deviates from the user's mental model has increased the time and difficulty for individuals to find information and the cost of training for enterprises.We aim to study the design method of industrial cloud platform information architecture,comprehensively uses various user research methods to conduct demand analysis,and summarizes the difference in cloud platform application scenarios and core functional modules.Through the method of card sorting,the information architecture is studied deeply.Combined with cognitive psychology and attention capture theory,the typical user mental model and prototype satisfaction are studied.The specific work includes obtaining the conventional functions that the cloud platform should have through research,competitive product analysis,etc.,and recruiting typical users to participate in open card sorting to obtain function point grouping data.After clustering analysis of the grouped data,a dendrogram of function points is obtained.We group and name the function points of the dendrogram to build the initial information architecture of the cloud platform.In terms of evaluating information architecture,we first explore the probability of each function point appearing in each group through the closed card classification method.Then,the scenario tasks are arranged,and the design results are improved through the completion rate of the scenario tasks.Finally,based on the captured mental model,a prototype of the cloud platform based on the information architecture is designed to allow users to evaluate all aspects of the information architecture.The results show that the product information structure is clear,and a high degree of satisfaction has been obtained.The research method in this article provides a design pattern for similar products,which helps to improve the usability of the product,improve the efficiency of product development,and ensure that users can quickly and accurately obtain the information they need during the use of the product.
