| Objective:to investigate different conditions for injection of ammonia bromine respectively with levofloxacin and ceftriaxone sodium and metronidazole injection compatibility stability,at thesame time,the above drugs in vitro blood compatibility conditioninvestigation and study.Methods:uv spectrophotometry investigation and observationin different temperature,different illumination,under the condition of different compatibility order for injection of ammonia bromine and respectively with levofloxacin injection,ceftriaxone sodium injection and metronidazole injection after compatibility,compatibility of liquid appearance,pH,particle size,uv spectrum andthe change of absorbance values.In vitro was evaluated by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for injection in the blood ammonia bromine,chromatographic column,mobile phase was 0.05%phosphate buffer(with phosphoric acid to adjust pH value)-methanol(40:60),flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,comparison before and after the compatibility of ammonia bromine content have obvious difference.Results:by observing the uv mapping and the change of absorbance,concluded that ammonia bromine cable respectively for injection and levofloxacin injection,ceftriaxone sodium injection and metronidazole injection after compatibility,its appearance color,pH,uv spectrum and absorbance were different degrees of changes have taken place,reason has compatibility taboo.By high performance liquid method for injection in vitro blood ammonia bromine content changes,draw a compatibility after injection with ammonia bromine content decreased significantly,further illustrate the injection using ammonia bromine and the three drugs compatibility between taboo.Conclusion:ammonia bromine cable respectively for injection and levofloxacin injection,ceftriaxone sodium injection and metronidazole injection is the compatibility conditions compatibility taboo,the other three in vitro blood medicine for injection withammonia bromine absorption significantly influence,in order to ensure clinical medication safety,prohibited in the process of transfusion injection ammonia bromine somalia’s compatibility with the three drugs used. |
