Anti-Oxidation Stability Of Bitter Almond Oil And Formulating Of Hydrating Body Lotion

Bitter almond oil in about 95%is made up of monounsaturated fatty acids,and contains large amounts of vitamin E and other trace elements.Bitter almond oils and fats in the human body could prevent the cell damage caused by free radicals,and it is the important raw material for manufacturing high-grade cosmetics for the function of the delay skin aging.High-grade skin care products of bitter almond oil have been developed in The United States,Italy and other countries.In this paper,bitter almond oil fatty acid composition and antioxidant stability are studied based on the orthogonal test and trial results through surveys conducted bitter almond oil moisturizing lotion formulation research.The main results are:1.Qingyang’s bitter almond oil production by gas chromatography analysis showed that the total relative content of unsaturated fatty acids in bitter almond oil amounted to 95%.2.Light,bitter almond oil temperature on the oxidation process has a significant effect on the relative illumination,the effect of temperature is more obvious;tert-butyl hydroquinone(TBHQ)on bitter almond oil has good antioxidant effect,and and ascorbic acid(VC)and citric acid(CA)has better synergy and synergistic effects of citric acid were slightly better than VC;TBHQ the optimal amount of additives is 150mg/kg,or 75mg/kgTBHQ+)75mg/kg VC(citric acid).3.Trial survey test showed that bitter almond oil have very good skin care and health care effect(especially in winter),is an ideal base oil of skin care product.However,there are some defects,such as large greasy,poor moisture and single flavor.4.The best recipe for moisturizing lotion of Bitter almond oil is:bitter almond oil 11-13%,hyaluronic acid,0.15-0.25%Lubrajel 0.5%,cetyl alcohol 2-4%,emulsifier(France Creagel Ez-7)1.5%,stearic acid 2%,almond oil 0.1%,antibacterial agents(Switzerland Glydant Plus Liquid)0.2%,deionized water 73.95-78.05%.
