The NC machine tools in processing process,macro programs not only have all the features of subroutines,but also have strong generality,and their main features are shown in three aspects:(1)can use variables in the program;(2)can perform variable calculus;(3)a macro program instruction can be used for variable assignment.CNC systems at home and abroad,such as Siemens,Fanuc and Huazhong CNC HNC,provide macro programming as an essential function of CNC system to users.Macro programming has been widely applied in the numerical control machining of parts such as ships,automobiles,construction machinery and so on.In this paper,based on the actual demand of enterprise production,the NC machining macro programming technology of three kinds of general machine tools,CNC lathe,milling machine and machining center,is studied in this paper.First,we systematically analyze the current research situation of macro program development at home and abroad.Second,contrasting the difference between macro program and ordinary program,the necessity of macro program is discussed.Third,for typical parts of car and milling type,such as ellipse,staircase shafts,hyperbola,hyperbola,parabola,as well as the uniform distribution of Kong Qun along the line along the circle of machining center,and multi group of Kong Qun evenly distributed along the line along the circle,the processing law and processing of different shapes are studied.The process has realized the macro programming.In view of the complex parts processing,the parts of the elliptical hemispherical convex platform are used as an example to analyze and formulate the corresponding processing technology.Through the compilation of the processing program,the macro program is used to process the parts in a large range of programs,so as to demonstrate the obvious advantages of the macro program in the process of processing complex parts.Finally,through the production practice test,the results show that the application of macro programming technique is feasible,the code is simple,the efficiency is high,the versatility is good,and it is an irreplaceable programming technology.The research in this paper also provides a good reference and reference for the technicians who are engaged in NC machining of typical parts.
