There are many beneficial ingredients in the tobacco leaves. In this paper,flue-cured tobacco leaves were used as experimental materials to extract and purify tobacco leaf polysaccharides and aroma components, and chemical modification and moisture retention of polysaccharides were also studied. The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Using Sichuan flue-cured tobacco leaves as experimental materials,ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from tobacco leaves. After deproteinization, decolorization, and removal of small molecular sugar components, separation by DEAE-52 fiber column revealed that two polysaccharides,TPP1 and TPP2,could be isolated.2.The polysaccharide was subjected to acid hydrolysis, and after derivatization,TPP1 was determined to be composed of D-glucose,D-ribose,rhamnose and D-mannose;TPP2 was composed of D-glucose,D-ribose,rhamnose,D-Mannose composition.3.Using the obtained tobacco leaf polysaccharide as a raw material.Selenium-enriched tobacco leaf polysaccharides were prepared by using sodium selenite, cesium chloride and other reagents, and the degree of substitution was 0.202 and 0.242,respectively.The succinylated tobacco leaf polysaccharides were prepared by using succinic anhydride and other reagents, respectively, and the degree of substitution was 0.384 and 0.297.4.Thermogravimetric analysis of the obtained tobacco leaf polysaccharide and its derivatized polysaccharide between room temperature and 600℃ showed that the first weight loss phenomenon occurred between room temperature and 200℃ but the weight loss rate was small;at 200℃ The weight loss rate is relatively large at 370℃,indicating that the sample is largely decomposed at this stage;between 370℃ and 600℃,the weight loss rate becomes smaller and tends to be stable, indicating that the sample is almost completely cleaved at around 600℃.5.The tobacco leaf polysaccharides were pyrolyzed under aerobic and anaerobic conditions at 300,600 and 900℃ respectively.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis of the cracked products at different temperatures showed that the pyrolysis under aerobic conditions The product polysaccharides under anaerobic conditions, and the types and contents of cracking products of polysaccharides at different temperatures under different conditions are different, and the types of cracking products increase with the increase of cracking temperature. The products are furans and ketones.Mainly aldehydes and phenols..6.The hydrating properties of tobacco leaf polysaccharide, selenized tobacco leaf polysaccharide, succinylated acylated tobacco leaf polysaccharide and hydrogel-tobacco polysaccharide and their moisturizing effect on tobacco were compared with propylene glycol and blank samples..The results showed that compared with propylene glycol, the moisturizing properties of tobacco leaf polysaccharide TPP2,hydrogel-tobacco polysaccharide, succinylated tobacco leaf polysaccharide TPP2,and selenium-enriched tobacco leaf polysaccharide were all improved, while tobacco leaf polysaccharide TPP1 had lower moisture retention.7.The in vitro antioxidant activity of the obtained tobacco leaf polysaccharide and its derivatized polysaccharide, the determination of DPPH,superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical scavenging rate, and the in vitro antioxidant capacity of selenium-enriched and succinylated tobacco leaf polysaccharides were found. Both are higher than unmodified tobacco leaf polysaccharides.8.Extracting the aroma components in the tobacco leaves, using the simultaneous distillation of the cigarettes, extracting the extracts from the cigarettes, distilling them simultaneously, extracting the extracts and extracting the extracts, and extracting the dichlorin by using each method. As an extractant, methane, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether,n-hexane and n-butanol were used as extractants. It was found that the use of n-hexane as an extractant, the best effect of simultaneous distillation of the fumes, can extract 26 aroma components.9.Tobacco leaf polysaccharides and aroma components were evaluated by adding cigarettes. It was found that tobacco leaf polysaccharides and their derivatized polysaccharides and aroma components can increase the sweetness of the flue gas, have aroma enhancing effect, and the flue gas is fine and smooth, and the best effect is obtained. It is a succinylated tobacco leaf polysaccharide Su-TPP2;simultaneous distillation and extraction of fumes with petroleum ether, dissolution extraction of tobacco extract with dichloromethane, simultaneous distillation of tobacco extract with dichloromethane and petroleum ether The extracted aroma components have the best smoking evaluation.
