The Influence Study Of Environmental Regulation On Economics Development In Inner Mongolia

With the continuous deterioration of climate and environment in the world,environmental pollution has become an important factor to curb the economic development and affect the health and quality of life of residents.Our country is the world’s largest emitter of carbon dioxide.Annual emissions exceed 10.375 billion metric tons,causing serious health problems for residents,especially in large industrial cities.Curbing the deterioration of the environment,especially the air quality,has increasingly become a common demand of Chinese residents,and is also an important step for China to achieve a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Because of the above reasons,China has been from the implementation of the "11th five-year plan" in 2006 to the current"14th five-year plan" in a step-by-step effective treatment of environmental problems.In this paper,the Inner Mongolia autonomous region,which has abundant natural resources,prominent environmental problems and rapid economic development in recent ten years,is selected as the research object.Based on the current situation of environmental regulation and economic development in Inner Mongolia,this paper uses multiple regression analysis method to select the data of Inner Mongolia autonomous region from 2000 to 2016 and conducts an empirical study on the impact of local environmental regulation on the economy.On this basis,through the addition of mediation variables and control variables,modeling.Using regression analysis,it can be found that technological innovation plays an intermediary role in environmental regulation and economic growth.Conclusion is as follows:environmental regulation of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region began to implement economic impact on the Inner Mongolia autonomous region is negative,but at the same time after the implementation of environmental regulation,further speed up the enterprise’s technology innovation level and research and development funds,although in a short period of time increased the cost,but it also makes the company behind the production process more efficient,improve the enterprise capacity and economic development in the form of environmental protection.It shows that the environmental governance cost increases in a short period of time caused by environmental regulation,which has a certain impact on economic development,but also promotes the development of technological innovation,which makes Inner Mongolia autonomous region better take the road of resource-saving and environment-friendly innovative sustainable development in the future.According to the research results,this paper finally puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions from three aspects:accelerating the innovation of environmental protection technology,improving the level of human capital and perfecting the legal system of environmental regulation.It provides decision basis for decision makers and promotes the coordinated development of environment regulation and economy in Inner Mongolia.
