At present,there is no effective experimental observation method and complete theory for the study of amorphous materials.In this paper,molecular dynamics simulation is used to study the binary system of CuZr in different proportions.Explore the movement char-acteristics of atoms in the process of amorphous formation from a microscopic perspective.From the motion characteristics of atoms to analyze the reasons why Cu50Zr50can form amorphous.From the perspective of atomic motion,the reasons for the different amorphous forming ability of CuZr binary system with different ratios are analyzed.In this paper,a loyal atom model is used to divide atoms into loyal and free atoms,sim-ulating the movement of atoms from 2500K to 200K.The investigation found that during the formation of amorphous,the loyal and free atoms showed completely different charac-teristics in number and movement.Use the loyal atom model to explore the reasons why amorphous materials can form from an atomic perspective.The investigation found that the stable structure formed by the loyal atom and the central atom rapidly increased in the supercooled liquid state,which effec-tively restricted the rearrangement of free atoms and promoted the formation of amorphous material.At the same time,the stable structure can be regarded as a”hard structure”,the free atoms can be regarded as a”soft structure”,and the amorphous glass transition process can be regarded as a transition from a”soft-coated hard”to a”hard-coated soft”process.Finally,the atom is divided into a loyal atom and a free atom using the loyal atom model.Explore the reasons for the different amorphous forming ability of different ratios of CuZr binary system.The investigation found that in the process of amorphous formation,there are both the same kind of atomic bonding and the heterogeneous atomic bonding.In the CuZr binary system with different proportions,the ratio of the number of similar atoms combined with the number of heterogeneous atoms is different.Because Cu50zr50has strong amorphous forming ability in many ratios,it is believed that the number of heterogeneous atoms in the CuZr binary system is a factor that affects the amorphous forming ability.
