With the rapid economic development, the problem of environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent. In order to solve the problem of deteriorating environment, the government has issued a series of policies to encourage enterprises to invest in green innovation, reduce resource consumption and improve resource utilization. At the same time, with the continuous improvement of material life, people’s pursuit of the environment and quality of life has gradually improved.Consumers’ awareness of consumption is constantly changing, and more and more consumers have begun to choose green products. For enterprises, due to the pressure of resources and environment, the guidance of policies and regulations, changes in consumer consumption awareness, corporate social responsibility requirements and other factors, companies have begun or increased investment in green innovation to adapt to the current industry’s development of.In this context,it is of great significance to study the operation of green supply chains considering government subsidies.Aiming at the problem of green supply chain operation considering government subsidies, this paper discusses the impact of different contracts and the government’s choice of different subsidy strategies on supply chain performance under static government subsidies and dynamic government subsidies. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Under the circumstance that government subsidies are regarded as static subsidies, the impact of government subsidies and different contracts on the decision-making and supply chain performance of green supply chain members is discussed.First, based on the supply chain performance under the centralized decision model, then the wholesale price contract model, the revenue sharing contract model and the quantity discount contract model are constructed, and the new revenue sharing and green input cost sharing contract model is designed to establish each contract. The profit function of supply chain members under the model uses the two-stage Stackelberg game method to obtain the optimal decision by solving, and then explores the impact of government subsidies and these common contracts on green supply chain member decisions and supply chain performance. The study found that:(1)In the case of static government subsidies, government subsidies and consumer green preferences have a positive impact on the supply chain, and profits of supply chain members benefit from government subsidies and consumer green preferences.(2)The wholesale price contract and the revenue sharing contract cannot coordinate the government’s green supply chain with subsidies to manufacturers. The revenue sharing contract can improve the manufacturer’s product greenness and the overall profit of the supply chain, but it cannot reach the level under centralized decision-making.(3)Quantity discount contract and revenue sharing and green input cost sharing contract can coordinate the green supply chain that the government subsidizes manufacturers,so that the profits of supply chain members can achieve Pareto improvement.(2)In the case of considering government subsidies as dynamic subsidies, study the impact of different subsidy strategies on the profits of the government and members of the supply chain.Constructed a game model of government subsidies based on the manufacturer’s R&D input costs and government subsidies based on the manufacturer’s production costs, and then established a profit function for the government and supply chain members under two subsidy strategies,in which the government maximizes social benefits as Goals, suppliers and manufacturers aim to maximize their own economic benefits, and then solve the optimal solution under different subsidy strategy models.Through comparative analysis, the following conclusions are obtained:(1)When the profits of the government and the members of the supply chain are used as evaluation criteria When analyzing the subsidy effect of the subsidy strategy, the effect of subsidizing the manufacturer based on the production cost of the product is better than subsidizing the cost of R&D input of the product.(2)Considering government subsidies as dynamic subsidies, consumers’ green preferences have a positive impact on the profits of all entities in the green supply chain. That is,the stronger the consumer’s green preferences, the higher the profits of the entities in the supply chain.(3)In the case of dynamic government subsidies and the selection of the optimal subsidy strategy(subsidies to manufacturers based on the production cost of the product),explore the impact of government subsidies and different contracts on the performance of the government and supply chain members. The wholesale price contract, revenue sharing contract and quantity discount contract model are constructed to solve the optimal decision and maximum profit of each subject under different contract models, and the following conclusions are obtained through comparative analysis:(1)When the greenness of the optimal product of the manufacturer is equal,The profit under the wholesale price contract is the highest, the profit under the revenue sharing contract is the second, and the profit under the quantity discount contract is the lowest;the profits of the government and suppliers are equal under the three contracts.(2)The product green degree and the profit of each main body of the supply chain are affected by the consumer’s green preference.Consumer green preference has a positive effect on the product green degree and the profit of each main body of the supply chain. Therefore, the main body of the supply chain can increase the consumer’s green preference Ways to improve supply chain performance. This study explores how companies make decisions in supply chain operations to maximize their own economic benefits. And comparative analysis of the impact of different contracts on the performance of supply chain members can help companies choose reasonable contracts. In addition, this study makes a comparative analysis of different government subsidy strategies, which can provide scientific suggestions for the government to choose reasonable and efficient subsidy strategies.
