As one of the smart textiles,color-changing textiles are getting more and more attention and attention in today’s market,not only beautiful but also functional.The application of color-changing textiles on sportswear has also become a trend,not only changing the monotonous color of sportswear,increasing fashion,but also having the function of prompting body temperature,adding fun to people’s sports.This topic combines color-changing materials with sportswear to explore and prepare fabrics with discoloration capabilities.In order to solve the problem that the color-changing material loses its color-changing ability in the process of finishing to the fabric,and to explore the color-changing effect of the color-changing material on the fabric,the microcapsule technology is used to coat the microcapsules,the particle size,the discoloration performance and the like.The test was carried out by means of an infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),a scanning electron microscope(SEM),etc.,and the results showed that:(1)The bisphenol A,tetradecanol and crystal violet lactone as a component of a three-component thermochromic complex,and m(crystal violet lactone): m(bisphenol A): m(fourteen The compound was prepared by alcohol = 1:4:70 to give a compound having a color change temperature of 29.1-33.6℃,a color change time of 30 s,and a K/S value of 2.8449.(2)Thermochromic microcapsules were prepared by complex coacervation using gelatin and gum arabic as wall materials and compound as core material.The optimum conditions for the preparation of thermochromic microcapsules by complex coacervation were obtained by single factor experiment: 3% wall material concentration,3500r/min emulsification speed,3h curing time,and 1mol/L acetic acid concentration.Under optimized process conditions,microcapsules with a particle size of 39 μm,a color change temperature of 29.8 ℃ to 34.0 ℃,a melting enthalpy of 154.6411 J/g,and a melting temperature of 38.02 ℃ were obtained.The microcapsules maintain good discoloration properties and appearance in 50 cycles of discoloration.(3)Thermochromic microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization using melamine-formaldehyde as the wall material.The optimum preparation conditions were as follows: the emulsifier SMA was used at a concentration of 0.5%,the emulsification speed was5000 r/min,and the core wall mass ratio was 1.5:1.The thermochromic microcapsule is a spherical structure with uniform size and no crack on the surface.Its average particle size is27.65μm,the coverage is 53.52%,and it has good acid and alkali resistance and solvent resistance.The melting temperature is 38.75 ℃.The melting enthalpy is 91.2551 J/g.According to the national standard,the formaldehyde released in the fabric is measured,and the result meets the formaldehyde content requirement of the C standard product in the national standard.The melamine-formaldehyde microcapsules were arranged on a cotton fabric by printing,and the dynamic color change of the microcapsules on the fabric was tested,and the color change temperature was measured to be 12.8 ℃-32.8 ℃.When the cycle was tested 100 times,the fabric still had the ability to change color.
