In recent years,liquid crystal elastomers(LCEs)have attracted more attention of scientific researchers.LCEs can be used as soft actuator materials in terms of their unique optical characteristics,easy excitation response and unique forcedisplacement characteristics.The original 12C carbolong complex of our research group is a class of compounds with excellent photothermal properties,which can be used as functional units of near-infrared light responsive materials.This thesis is devoted to introduce the 12C carbolong complex into the liquid crystal elastomer system,to prepare materials with near-infrared light response or dual light response.And then the light driving behaviors were explored.The research ideas of this paper are divided into the following four chapters.In charpter 1,combined the research content of this thesis,the synthetic methods of carbolong complexes,the applications of 12C carbolong complex and liquid crystal elastomers are briefly introduced.Then the idea and purpose of this thesis are briefly described.In charpter 2,a kind of near-infrared light responsive liquid crystal elastomer materials containing carbolong complex was prepared.The carbolong complex was modified and introduced into the liquid crystal elastomer materials.Such materials have excellent photothermal properties under near-infrared light irradiation,and the liquid crystal cells in the system will appear phase changes.The materials showed fast and sensitive light-driven behaviors under the stimulation of near-infrared light.In charpter 3,a class of liquid crystal elastomer material that showed response to ultraviolet light and near-infrared light was prepared.Carbolong complex and the azo liquid crystal cell were introduced into the liquid crystal elastomer materials together.Such materials had excellent photothermal properties under near-infrared irradiation,and the materials exhibit macroscopic deformation because azo liquid crystal cells have photoisomerization behavior under ultraviolet light irradiation.Therefore,the materials have light-driven behavior under the stimulation of near-infrared light and ultraviolet light.In charpter 4,the work of this thesis is summarized and the future work is prospected.
