In tungsten wire materials,the anti-seismic tungsten wire was named by the special anti-seismic characteristics at room temperature and high temperature.Except the main composition of the tungsten powder,some other elements were doped into the microstructure,such as the K,Si,Al and so on.Compared with the ordinary tungsten wire,the anti-seismic tungsten wire shows not only the high temperature anti-sagging performance and good winding performance but also has the extremely high anti-seismic and anti-impact performance.At present,the performance of the domestic anti-seismic tungsten wire is still hard to meet the needs of practical application and has to rely on imports.According to the anti-seismic mechanism of tungsten wire,the doped Co element can do great beneficial to restrain the tungsten grains growth and reduce the oxygen infiltration.Meanwhile,the interface binding force between tungsten matrix and dopant could be enhanced,and the high-temperature strength and anti-seismic performance of the tungsten wire had been improving after recrystallization.In addition,the doped Co element can promote the dispersion strengthening and solution strengthening of the tungsten wire,thus the recrystallization ductility and the processing performance of tungsten wire had been improved greatly.It means that the Co doped anti-seismic tungsten wire will be more broad application prospects.It is well known that the properties of tungsten wire will be significant impact by the content of the doped Co elements.Here,the properties of tungsten wire with different Co-doped proportion were studied,such as the vertical value,the initial recrystallization temperature,the ratio of length to width of tungsten crystalline grains,the crack detection on the surface of the wire,the tensile strength of the wire and the bending property of the wire.Comparative the properties of other Co-doped ratio,it could be found that under the same conditions the tungsten filament with 0.015%Co doping demonstrated the best performance:the bigger length width ratio of grains(18),the higher recrystallization temperature(48%FC~60%FC),and the lower droop value(1.21mm).The results indicated that this kind of anti-seismic tungsten wire would be widely used in the high seismic requirements photo field,such as military special light bulb,aerospace lighting,high-quality automobile lamp,etc.
