| Environmental pollution and sustainable development have become the focus of attention worldwide, and the crisis of resource shortage is of particular concerned.Hemicellulose, one of the abundant natural polysaccharides in plants,is an important raw material for green and sustainable chemistry due to its non-toxic,biodegradable,renewable,and widely available. In this study, quaternary hemicellulose/chitosan/reduced graphene oxide composite films and hemicellulose/AA/reduced graphene oxide gels were both prepared from bamboo hemicellulose. The properties and charaterizations of quaternary hemicellulose/chitosan/reduced graphene oxide composite films and hemicellulose/AA/reduced graphene oxide hydrogels were studied. The studies are as follows:(1)Quaternary hemicellulose/chitosan/reduced graphene oxide composite films were prepared by flow molding method using quaternary hemicellulose, chitosan and reduced graphene oxide as raw materials.FT-IR,XRD,SEM,UV-vis,conductivity and other characterization methods were used to study the structures and properties of the composite films. The results showed that the mechanical properties, thermal stability and electrical conductivity of the quaternary hemicellulose/chitosan composite films was significantly improved by the reduced graphene oxide. The composite films were prepared with quaternary hemicellulose and chitosan as the basic framework, and the two polymers were physically cross-linked with reduced graphene oxide as the reinforcing agent, and the composite films were prepared with the UV-blocking and mechanical properties of the draft. The content of reduced graphene oxide had a strong influence on the mechanical and electrical conductivity of the composite films. When reduced graphene oxide was added at 0.5%,the highest tensile strength of the film was 102.09 MPa,Young’s modulus was 2.89 GPa,and elongation at break was below 4%.The electrical conductivities of the composite films were increased from 0 to 12.8×10-2 S/cm.This work provides a prospect for hemicellulose films with high strength, electrical conductivity, and UV-blocking for application in electronic materials.(2)The hemicellulose/AA/reduced graphene oxide gels were prepared from hemicellulose, acrylic acid, and reduced graphene oxide by mixing method. The microscopic morphology, mechanical properties, swelling abilities and electrical conductivity of the gels were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,mechanical,electrical conductivity and swelling tests, respectively. With the increase of reduced graphene oxide content, the compressive strain of the hydrogels were gradually increased and the swelling rate increased from 600%to 2500%.The conductivities of the hydrogels were also increased with the increase of reduced graphene oxide content, and the bulk conductivity of the hydrogel was 19.19×10-3 S/cm when the graphene oxide content was 0.7%.Therefore,the hydrogels have potential applications in biological tissue engineering, flexible electronic devices. |
