| In recent years,the number of motor vehicles in our country has continued to grow.Problems such as road congestion,insufficient fuel quality in vehicles,and poor vehicle conditions have successively appeared,which has greatly increased the exhaust emissions of motor vehicles.The increase in vehicle exhaust emissions is particularly significant.Diesel vehicle exhaust emissions cause serious air pollution.The particulate matter,Hydrocarbon(HC),Carbon monoxide(CO),etc.in diesel vehicle exhaust emissions have caused very serious harm to the air quality of our country,and nitrogen oxides(NOx)mainly come from the air.The nitrogen is produced during the combustion process of the engine,so this article will not discuss NOx for the time being.When the diesel engine is working,it will produce deposits in the engine.The increase of engine deposits will cause the increase of vehicle exhaust pollutants.In order to reduce the increase of engine deposits,it is necessary to add diesel detergent.Adding diesel detergent is to reduce Convenient,fast and efficient measures for engine carbon deposits and exhaust pollutant emissions.In this paper,a diesel polyetheramine-polyenamine composite detergent was studied and prepared,and the national Ⅵ diesel was used as the base oil to compare the cleaning effects of the single detergent and the composite detergent.The effect of carbon deposition on the fuel nozzle of diesel engine is investigated through bench test,and then the effect on exhaust emission of diesel vehicle is investigated through actual vehicle test.And studied the influence of lubricating oil antiwearagent on the energy-saving effect of diesel engines.The main research contents of this topic are as follows:(1)The XUD-9 test method was used to investigate the effects of two detergent single agents on diesel engine carbon deposits.The test results show that with the addition of polyena mine cleaning agent,the nozzle air flow loss decreases significantly.When the addition of pol yenamine cleaning agent reaches 500mg·kg-1,the nozzle air flow rate is higher than that with out the addition of polyenamine cleaning agent.It’s down by 60%.When the dosage of the poly etheramine cleaning agent reaches 500mg·kg-1,the nozzle air flow loss has been reduced to 31.9%,which is 57.8%lower than that without the addition of the polyenamine cleaning agent.It can be concluded that the cleaning effect of the polyenamine cleaning agent is better than that of the polyetheramine cleaning agent.(2)Prepare a new type of composite diesel detergent,mix polyenamine and polye thera mine in different proportions and concentrations,and use the XUD-9 bench test method to ex plore the effect of the new diesel detergent on the formation of carbon deposits in the injec tor nozzle,The results show that the cleaning effect of the four-component composite detergent is significantly better than that of the diesel cleaning single agent.The composite detergent has a better effect on the carbon deposit cleaning effect of the diesel engine injector nozzle than the single agent.When the addition amount is 500mg·kg-1,the composite diesel detergent with polyenamine:polyetheramine 3:1 has the smallest nozzle air flow loss and the best cleaning eff ect.(3)The bench test results of diesel vehicle exhaust emission under 13 working conditions show that after adding the compound detergent,when η is 2100r/min,the particle mass concen tration,HC emission concentration,and CO emission concen tration are all significantly re duced.When η is 3500r/min,the particle mass concen tration,HC emission concentration,and CO emission concentration are all signifi cantly reduced.The compound detergent can signi ficantly reduce the particle mass concentration,HC emission concentration,and CO emission concentration in the exhaust gas of diesel vehicles.(4)The actual vehicle test results show that after the compound detergent is added,the light absorption coefficient at the 100%,90%,and 80%points of the maximum wheel rim power is significantly lower than the light absorption coefficient at this point without the com pound detergent.It proves that the compound detergent has a positive effect on reducing diesel engine exhaust emissions.(5)Preliminary studies have been conducted on the lubricating oil anti-wear single agent,the lubricating oil compound anti-wear agent,their anti-wear performance and anti-wear effect,and the influence of the lubricating oil compound anti-wear agent on the energy-saving effect of diesel engines.A bench test was used to prove the anti-wear effect of 5W/30CH-4 diesel eng ine oil(including compounding agent)and 5W/40CH-4 diesel engine oil(blank)and the metal content of wear debris in the lubricating oil during the bench test.Similar,the former has better anti-wear effect than the latter.Therefore,the introduction of the lubricating oil composite antiwear agent can significantly reduce the viscosity grade of the diesel engine lubricating oil,and has obvious energy-saving effects on the diesel engine.(6)The XUD-9 test cycle,bench test,and actual vehicle test show that the composite detergent has a positive effect on reducing the carbon deposits in the injector nozzle of the diesel engine,and has a significant effect on reducing the exhaust pollu tant emissions of diesel vehicles.The lubricating oil compound anti-wear agent can reduce the fuel consumption of diesel engines,thereby reducing the total carbon emissions of the engine and protecting the environment. |
